Dear Mr. Vike, Last night, my brother called me out to see multiple glowing red dots in the sky. Once I got there, I was able to see around ten of them, but according to my brother there were more in the beginning. The dots looked like red stars in really low altitudes. It couldn't have been a plane because it wasn't blinking, it was really bright, and they were traveling really fast without a sound. They were scattered everywhere and flying upward west. One by one they would disappear as they risen. The whole sighting lasted for about 10 minutes. The people who saw it were our two house helps, my 17 year old brother, my 7 year old sister, my step father and me. Yours truly.
Additional Information:
Hi Brian, The weather was pretty normal, the sky was clear. I couldn't tell the distance but they seemed near to us than stars. The place where I live in (Bataan) is a peninsula near the China Sea, I would assume the dots were above that area. Please email me if someone from here has reported anything like this. Thank you.

Beverley/Tickton, East Yorkshire, England UFO Flys Parallel To Witnesses Car

Shape of objects: Looked like a rocket engine.
Weather Conditions: Cold, Dark and clear.
Description: Driving the kids home on Friday night we were talking about the recent wind turbine reports ( 7 year old son, first real encounter with UFO's in the media ). As we were talking what looked like a afterburner of a plane engine ignited and flew parallel to the car for around 5 seconds before fading from site. The object was flying away from Tickton village towards Beverley. I put the car window down as I saw the object and didn't notice any noise at all, certainly no engine noise and we are often on the path of military jets.
The flames were from coloured from blue to yellow and a hundred meters or so to our left and looked to be around 5 meters in length at that distance.
Never seen anything like it and not the normal firework trajectory, this ignited high in the air parallel to us and flew away from us ( in the same direction we were travelling ) at speed. My son saw the same thing from the rear of the car.

Description: 10pm my girlfriend shouted to me to come downstairs and come and see something, she was putting the dog out.
I run down stairs to the back door. Right up in front of me coming inland from the sea direction was a quite large orange bright light moving about an aeroplane speed if it was quite low. There was no noise what-so-ever and it certainly weren't no plane. It passed across our house, so I had to go to the front porch to see it, then it moved off away from me and the bright orange light started to get smaller. So I thought if that was a plane or something then when it turned, you would not see the light, certainly not as bright and certainly not orange. So who know what it was !

Description: I was moving north towards the Limassol suburb of Mesa Gitonia when I witnessed an orange spot (like a bright star but orange an below the clouds) on the sky north of Limassol above the hills. I continued watching it from the car while driving for about 5 minutes until I arrived home. Then it suddenly disappeared... I was trying to locate it again in the sky for about 2 or 3 minutes when suddenly it appeared again, (less illuminated this time) and flew with a great speed above the clouds and disappeared again... I tried to locate it again in the sky but never seen it again.. The whole incident took place for barely 10 minutes in a location north of Limassol.

Connemara, West Of Ireland Multiple UFO Sightings

Weather Conditions: Crystal clear night sky on nearly all occasions.
Description: I am referring to more than one sighting in this report between the years 1990 and 2008.
The earliest incident I remember was a glowing spherical object, about the size of a tennis ball which flew around our house at incredible speed in an elliptical manner, it left a long silhouette in its wake and eventually disappeared. This was witnessed by 3 other family members.
I have on many occasions (too many to count) witnessed objects in the sky, which look similar to stars, until they move. Their movement and speed is such that any common sense will tell you these objects were not aircraft.. Or any man made object. They would glow and pulsate brighter than the north star on a clear winters night, drop thousands of feet at the blink of an eye, wobble, zig-zag, fly in circles and then zip off into space like the often seen maneuver at the end of a Hollywood movie. From what I remember the most frequent sightings occurred at between 4 and 6am (I was a bit of insomniac in those days). On one occasion the spherical object flashed a concentrated light directly into my eyes as I watched it from my bedroom window. Completely shocked at what happened I opened the window expecting to hear a helicopter but no sound was perceived at all.
The last report I wish to make.
I was smoking a cigarette on the balcony (time unknown) when a chrome-esque craft in the shape of a cigar flew quite low across my line of sight. It made absolutely no sound whatsoever and had a pink/red/purple aura or electrical field emanating around its body which seemed to react off the low lying mist in which it was passing through.

Description: I went out through the back door of my work, light a cigarette and looked up like always do. Description: At 19.52 I looked out of my bedroom window which is south facing towards the South of Portsmouth and then the Solent. I noticed that in the gap between the end of school and the end of the block of houses there was a light which was bright. I stood and watched from the window and its appeared to flash red, blue, green and white but in no order.
I thought that maybe it was a plane but it didn't appear to follow the usual flight path of flying South to North. I then assumed it might be the Police Helicopter or the Coast Guard or even the Fleet Air Arm but its really dark and it looked as though it was a long way away probably over the Sea which is over 4 or 5 miles from my house. I continued to watch it and was later joined by another witness who also went through what it could of been but again drew a blank.
I then went back to what I was doing but was so intrigued I continued to watch it. After about 10 minutes I realized it had moved from east to west and was very very slowly gaining height. I then was gone for 15 minutes to have dinner and when I returned the object had moved higher but not that much further to the west. Then at 20.29 the object finally had disappeared behind the school when it had further moved to the west.

Leenan Fort, County Donegal Ireland A Bright White Circular Object

Weather Conditions: Clear.
Description: On a drive with a few friends we decided to stop at Leenan Fort, Donegal just before dusk and decided to sit on the highest lookout point facing n/ne. We lay on the concrete as it got darker and watched the stars appear, then my friend said "look how bright that star is....wait is that moving", we then lay there watching this bright white circular object which was at great height (it just looked as bright as Venus in the winter) move north, stop, move south. Stop, ziz-zag north again, and then move in a semi circle back to its original spot. It did this about 8 times taking about 5 minutes to do its display each time, before stopping and moving at speed south before stopping again, about 5 seconds after it stopped, a flash was seen just in front of it, then another a bit away, then another further away, the light then started to move back and forth from north to south, then stopped.
One of our friends was very creeped out and decided to ring the Garda and tell them, although they suggested ringing an observatory. As my friend became more anxious we started to leave the lookout, as we were walking from the lookout the object seemed to become a lot more brighter. We all became very nervous, but then the object flew off at great speed towards the north/northeast direction towards open water. I mean it went so quick it was very scary, after about 2 minutes of very very quick walking we returned to the jeep and as we were about to get in we noticed a normal run of the mill satellite in the sky headed in the direction of where the object was, we knew it was a satellite because of the maintained speed and size, as we seen the satellite so shortly after it was easy to know this object from before wasn't anything any of us had seen before and to be honest, I was so uncomfortable that I don't know I'd wanna see it again.
I've seen a lot of stars, and a lot of satellites growing up as my mother is a somewhat amateur astrologist (astronomer?), and this was nothing like what I've seen before. The day later I tried to phone the Armagh Planetarium, but I got an automated response of opening times. Thanks.

Description: My house faces the Ochil Hills I was looking out of my bedroom window when I seen a round orange light with another just behind it I shouted on my wife to come see the lights we thought it was strange my wife and I went to the back of the house opened a window to listen to them there was no noise I went back to my bedroom and looked out and there was another orange light with a small bright white light at the bottom of the orange light with no noise coming from it I never thought anymore about it until I went back to work when someone told me what they had seen as he lives 5 mins from me we had seen the same things at the same time.

Description: I noticed a bright orange object in the sky. Appox 5 times bigger than a bright star. At first I thought it was a firework, but it just stayed there really bright for approx 1 min in a strange orange colour too strange too describe. It then started moving around in ways iv never seen a plane move, it moved around quite a large area of the sky until it started moving more erratically (at this point I had been watching the object for 1.30-2mins) the objected
looked like it was struggling to stay up, it got more erratic and then a few sparks seemed to come off it and the object split into three pieces.
These pieces slowly moved down to the ground (almost in the greenham common area if I had to predict) I watched these pieces fall for about 1min 30secs (they fell very slowly) the three objects seemed to fall right down to the ground and I ran down the road to get a better look. I did this until I couldn't see them. I stood their for another two minutes and then called my brother.

looked like it was struggling to stay up, it got more erratic and then a few sparks seemed to come off it and the object split into three pieces.
These pieces slowly moved down to the ground (almost in the greenham common area if I had to predict) I watched these pieces fall for about 1min 30secs (they fell very slowly) the three objects seemed to fall right down to the ground and I ran down the road to get a better look. I did this until I couldn't see them. I stood their for another two minutes and then called my brother.

Description: Tracking South West to North East in the sky 2 lights travelling at a constant speed. I caught sight of one as it travelled into the distance only for it to be followed by another light which was orange/yellow. At first, I obviously thought these were planes as I live relatively close to Liverpool John Lennon airport, however, there were no accompanying flashing lights and furthermore, if the lights were on a plane, the necessary height for the light to be a plane's lights would have made the engines audible. I have looked for information on the web and have read some details on Chinese lanterns, however, I am adamant this cannot be the explanation given the velocity of the lights as there was no wind at all.

Description: I was closing my chicken run,when I reached the back door, turned to see a bright orange light in the sky, it was very low, just above the tall trees, I would say that it seemed larger than a helicopter flying at the same height. It was going to pass on the right of my back garden, which would make this object flying along the coast towards Clacton-on-sea,as I live 100 mtrs from the seafront. There was no sound from it at anytime, it was flying very slowly, in a straight line at the same height. I ran indoors to get my binoculars,and went out the front of the house,as it was heading in that direction. It was much higher now, and had slowed right down.
Through the binoculars it was round, on the right hand side of the ball shape were 5 bright lights within it, like 1-2-3-4-5 of a clock face. I ran in again to get my camera, it had completely gone in about 8 seconds. Description: Sighting 14th November 2008 Between 11.30 onwards, Gravesend DA11. Last night, at around 11.30 my boyfriend lent out of the window for a smoke before going to bed. Full Description of event/sighting: Myself and two friends were on the way to Dublin to play a gig when our bass player who was driving spotted something in the sky about 5 km away and shouted out "look over there!". It was a white orb with a faint shadow on the under side of it. It was just sitting in the sky. After about 10 seconds it faded out. Just vanished. Then reappeared in a cloud which was moving towards it and then disappeared completely. The sky was mostly clear apart from a few clouds and I am certain it was not a plane or helicopter. There was a lot of reports made at the end of '08 in Ireland of UFO sightings near Dublin.

Hello there Brian, Thanks for responding. I would estimate that I saw the object for about 3 or 4 minutes. The kind of time you would watch a light aircraft pass by your field of vision. As I said, first saw it from downstairs window then ran outside and watched it until my view was obstructed by rooftops.
This thing was very, very bright. Speed was steady and constant.
Absolutely no noise. I just wish it hadn't been pitch black because I found it difficult to estimate distance from me. It was travelling roughly south to north. Means it would have been over the town of Dudley before getting to me and then northwards into countryside before passing over Bridgenorth, Telford and further north from there.
You know what its like, I trawled net yesterday and found lots of very similar sightings in my area recently, although no one else seems to have reported this particular event locally. There must be more sightings, I mean you couldn't miss it!
I would describe myself as an open minded skeptic, but saw something on Sunday night I cant explain rationally. My wife also witnessed the whole thing, she agrees with all I have said.
Just to add that neither alcohol or drugs were a factor, although I had a stiff drink afterwards! Anything else I can help with, let me know Brian.

I watched until it disappeared over rooftops of the houses at the end of the road. It made no sound. My first impression was of a meteor or some space debris skimming the atmosphere and burning up. The object was very bright, you know when your eyes sort of tell you that you are looking at something very bright?

Description: Looking out of my window waiting for the fireworks to start to herald in the New Year when I saw a bright orange light moving up from the south. I thought it was a firework to start off with so went outside, when I got outside I could see two objects, a brighter one leading a fainter one, both looking like orange blobs (same colour as mercury vapour street lights). They both drifted in a SSE direction, at which point they appeared to circle one another once, then leading object became the trailing object & they both moved off to the south. Approximately 10 minutes the same thing happened again, couldn't tell if they were the same two objects or two different ones.
Objects appeared to be dimmer when moving away from me, one was very bright when moving towards me.
I was able to take digital photograph of objects which are barely visible in the image despite their brightness. Both objects appear to be orange spheres/blobs.

I'd already read through some of the other reports describing orange balls, ordinarily I'd have settled for that as the explanation, especially as it was New Years Eve. What was odd was how the objects moved, if they were balloons they would have moved generally in the direction of the prevailing wind, it was the weird 'follow my leader' thing they did before reversing their direction, that really stood out. Balloons, as I understand it, don't get to choose their direction of travel. I'm a sceptic to be honest, but I cant come up with an explanation either.
I've attached the photograph. The first is the actual one straight off my camera, not a lot to see as it was pitch black & as mentioned, they were much, much brighter visually, but there are two faint orange blobs which are the objects in question. The second picture is x400% enlargement of the blobs. Thanks.

Hi I was just visiting this site as when I was a young girl a lady claimed to have seen a UFO in Whitefield where I lived at the time (address removed) and everyone said she was crazy and called her and threw things at her windows so I never told anyone but I saw it too.
If it is any use to you at all the sky was a kind of red colour as it was about 5 in the morning and there was an object hovering over a field in front of my house it was disk shaped and seemed to jolt up and down for about 5 minutes, then just went so fast I was so scared like some one was stood behind me, that goose pimple feeling. I was only young but knew that normal aircraft do not move like that thing. I don't even know how I noticed it. I just saw it there and kind of froze watching it.

Description: I was driving home after dropping my mother off at her house about 22.25 Christmas day night,when I saw two unusual shapes in the sky. They were both bright orange/yellow in colour. They seemed to move together, although they were apart. They were high in the sky but not as high as an aeroplane.It was the brightness in colour and their shape that made me stop my car twice to double check I was seeing what I was seeing. The first one was saucer shaped.The second one looked like a hot air balloon in shape and seemed so big and bright. The sighting lasted for about five minutes,only because I
had to change direction and they were no longer in my view.

They were high in the sky but not as high as an aeroplane.It was the brightness in colour and their shape that made me stop my car twice to double check I was seeing what I was seeing. The first one was saucer shaped.The second one looked like a hot air balloon in shape and seemed so big and bright. The sighting lasted for about five minutes,only because I
had to change direction and they were no longer in my view.

Description: I was taking my brother home after spending the evening of Christmas at my grandparents. I pulled up outside my brothers home, he and my husband were taking some gifts out of the boot of the car as I sat waiting. I looked out of my window and noticed a very bright glowing yellow/orange orb shaped object (with a slight halo effect on the upper part) which appeared to be floating past just above the house. I shouted to my brother and husband and I got out of the car to get a better look. As we watched, the object floated very smoothly and slowly along when another light appeared approx a few metres directly behind the other. Then another one appeared. They all looked exactly the same and seemed to be very evenly spaced one behind the other. They were gaining height gradually as they travelled slowly and without a sound into the distance. During the process a lady walked by with her dog saying, "What are they, UFO aliens!?". I believe I saw 3 lights. My husband says he saw 5 as two more were in the distance.

I remember the objects as fairly small yellow/orange lights that were perfectly round or orb shaped with a very feint halo effect above them.

Description: Fireworks were going off for new years celebrations we noticed 3 orange lights in the sky (coming from the left hand side) a minute or so later another 2 appeared. They all seemed at the same height and going the same speed, they weren't fireworks and travelled at a steady pace. We watched them sort of just fade out, then about 5 or 10 minutes later we saw another 2, but this time coming from the left hand side, these were really, really bright. Description: My wife and I stayed in that night, the villa we use has a clear view across the sea looking out towards Fueventura to the right and full clear view from left to right, say from the airport in Arriceffe to the mountains to the right. I have an interest in aircraft, spent several years in the R.A.F. one of my jobs was to keep an eye on aircraft movements and to identify them. What my wife and I saw were not aircraft as we know.
That night we had finished watching a DVD so I stepped out side on the top patio, and looked up into the sky a few hundred feet above the horizon and noticed two bright lights together. I first thought that it was either one or two aircraft coming into land until they split and started dancing in the sky coming closer to us, then after about a minute they quickly reversed towards the island of Feuventura and they faded away in the distance.
We were both amazed at what we saw, my wife never believed me that I had seen other similar objects in the sky over the years, now she's a believer. My opinion is that it wasn't an aircraft as we know, it wasn't a light display, it wasn't two helicopters, it wasn't a freak of nature, it was two unidentified flying objects. The next day I spoke to several people some local, no one was interested?

Description: I looked out of my lounge window from my penthouse flat in Wimbledon. Looking in the direction of Morden, when I noticed a luminescent bright pink disc shaped object looked like a jelly fish with short stubby tentacles. It seemed to be hovering above the pylons. By the time I grabbed the camera it had started to take pictures it had moved further away still hovering then suddenly shot of at an incredible speed out of sight in less than 15 seconds. I now believe in UFO sightings.
TV/Radio: I reported the sighting to The Sun.

As we watched them they were moving around then 2 of them got closer together and one passed over the other flew some distance apart then followed the same path back. As it flew in the opposite direction passed the one it flew over the other followed the same path as the other it went on for about 40 min then they disappeared.

Hi there, I looked into that earlier as I was quite disturbed by what we witnessed and I can rule out that possibility. We sat for the remaining shift trying to work out what we had seen. One of my colleges that also witnessed it is what I call a space freak. He spends many nights on his telescope looking at planets and has a wide knowledge of the planets, stars and the universe. He was so excited (like a child at Christmas) and he said he has never seen anything like it.
Last night was so clear the stars were beautiful, we ruled out most possibilities as in a 12 hour night shift we can see for miles and almost every night witness and hear helicopters and air traffic in our area. At first we thought that they could be helicopters but they were the wrong colour and there was no noise, the night was silent, and they were flying too close together. I have refused to believe in the past that they may be intelligent life out there but also know that it is ignorant of me to think that in the entire universe we are alone. Maybe it is just fear of the unknown. Regards.

Shape of objects: Gold and yellow coloured (Looked like a fire moving up into the sky.
Weather Conditions: Cloudy, thick cumulo-nimbus, Cold, Dry.
Description: I am a Pharmacist and I was walking home from Avril Robarts Library when I looked up to see some of the architecture on the old buildings of Liverpool. Then I saw an object rise above the buildings. It started thousands of feet away but progressively got higher and higher. I was alone so I stopped to watch it. I seen three objects before in the skies above Ireland and I had learnt by now not to get too excited because there is not much you can do. You see something in the sky move. Nobody cares. Kind of wish I never seen it!Get on with your life... I guarantee that for every 1 sighting reported there are another fifty, but people are too image conscious to say! But my wishes not to have seen it cannot change the fact that it was definitely there and they have to be something. Somebody must know what this was!
When I watched this object, because it is my second sighting of something unexplained I was consciously thinking about what it could be. It was too big to be a helium balloon and was not a helicopter.

Western Australia UFO Illuminates Witnesses Backyard

Full Description of event/sighting: Last night at around 1:20am in the morning I had gotten up from bed and walked into the kitchen, my back was turned from our rear door, but in the corner of my eye, I saw that our entire backyard was lit up bright red. I was looking around to see where the light was coming from, maybe one of the houses or the road, but there was nothing around. Our garage was closed and there was no way that much light could get through such a small gap. There was also, a hard to explain noise of some what of a mechanical noise, not sounding like a car idling, but at the same sort of frequency. I opened the door and walked outside, still trying to see where the light was coming from. The entire backyard was still lit up in a bright red, then while standing there the light slowly moved across the yard and a little bit into the neighbors yards and then just disappeared. The entire time the dog that was in the yard over the fence from us was running up and down his fence until the light was gone.

Full Description of event/sighting: My hubby and I where watching fireworks on New Years Eve and saw two strange orange coloured lights that at first where fixed in one place, not moving at all. Then the seemed to drift quite slow away from each other. One then started to slowly go further up in the sky and a few minutes later, so did the other. They went higher and higher until they disappeared. There was not a sound from aeroplane or helicopter as we normally hear it as we are on the flight path for Leeds/ Bradford airport, but it was dead silent we where both very stunned and could not explain it.

Dunbar, East Lothian, Scotland Red Light

Shape of objects: Not obvious.
Weather Conditions: Total cloud.
Description: Static red light seen south by south-west.
After about two minutes, it was enveloped by cloud. Static, therefore not a flare. Also, I've checked star constellations in that vicinity to see if a very bright 'white' star would be subject to doppler effect through cloud, and appear red. None found: closest was Aldeberan, but too high. Nothing in Orion that far West at that time.
PS no alcohol taken! suffering from a cold and only drinking ginger and lemon tea!

Description: Standing outside Pleasure Boat Inn at Hickling with two friends. Saw three bright lights in the sky, at first thought it was a plane until realized the shape. Triangle formation of three very bright orange balls, after about three mins they disappeared, top of the triangle going first then bottom right going then the last one just faded before our eyes. Didn't really believe it at first, then a gentleman walked up the path from his boat asking if we saw what he did a UFO.

Northwich, Cheshire, England UK Glowing Orange/Red Balls

Number of objects: 8
Shape of objects: Glowing orange/red balls to start, then when they turned to "leave" triangular in shape.
Weather Conditions: Completely clear sky, about minus one. Little/no wind.
Description: Glanced out of the window to see eight balls of light coming towards the house. Shouted partner to get camera (4 photo's taken) and come have a look. Three of the balls moved off, five remained in position as we took pictures. I went downstairs to watch with a neighbour, then came back indoors as the view from upstairs was less cluttered and a lot warmer. They moved silently and I am almost 100% positive they were not lanterns.
I posted on the local newspaper website forum and have found that others had indeed seen the same thing. Interesting side note: we live near the flightpath for landings to Manchester international airport (we are used to all manner of aviation), and whilst these were in the sky - no landings took place - when they had gone, four planes came overhead to land in quick succession within the space of 5 minutes. Most unusual.

I had a look and they were certainly not lanterns....... the close up pictures we have of them show anything but, and there is certainly no way they were such things. Description: I thought I was seeing things on New Years day in Tyldseley, Gr Manchester. It was about 6.00pm and I went out in to the garden for a cigarette and was dazing at the sky (it was a clear sky), I could see all the stars then this orange ball. I first thought it might be a plane on fire but it was not falling out of the sky. There was no noise and no smoke trails in the sky that planes make. I'm so glad I read some of these comments, because I thought I was seeing things.

Weather Conditions: Clear Frosty night, with minimal patchy cloud.
Description: I was placing rubbish out in the bin at the back of my house,when I was done I stopped to smoke a cigarette. It was a lovely clear night and I looked up to the stars, my attention was caught by two brightly coloured orange lights travelling across the sky in the north. They were equal distances apart but slightly off line with each other, and seemed to maintain the same speed. The two lights then passed through a light patch of cloud but only one came out the other side.
The light of the object that came out of the cloud seemed to disappear, but I could still make out an object travelling through the night sky. I watched for sometime until it faded out of sight, and for the second light or object to reappear before returning indoors. I have often watched the night sky on a clear night, and have been able to pick out plains and satellites passing over, but what I saw this night was like nothing I had ever seen before.
Reports have been made about similar lights been spotted in the Donegal area on Christmas eve, it was not until I saw the story in one of the local newspapers that I thought my sighting would carry any weight. It was in the newspaper article where I discovered the details of this website.
My wife thought I was nuts, but if other people saw something similar to what I saw, we cant all be wrong.

Hockley Essex England UK Eight Round Orange Objects/Lights

Full Description of event/sighting: At 10:00pm on the tenth of January 2009, five round orange objects flew north over our property, followed a minute later by three more. They were flying at about the same speed as a light aircraft. They were flying at probably two to three hundred feet, they were totally silent. There was no wind at all so they weren't' being blown by the wind. They all flew in a dead straight line.

Haylots, Trough Of Bowland, Lancashire, England Round Orange Objects

Description: I read a story in local paper Morecambe Visitor dated sighting 27/12/08 which is pretty similar to what we saw. I know its quite a while ago but having someone to tell who understands and doesn't laugh is good! I was with a friend marshalling on Morecambe Car Club's night rally on Trough of Bowland which is known as Haylots. It was approx 1-15am it was very clear we had plenty of time waiting for cars to come. Three lights appeared to come from a westerly direction round and orange in colour at the time it was a shock. They stayed in the same position for approx 15mins then moved at high speed same direction they came from hight and speed I wish I knew. All I can say is I hope we are not alone! and glad I can tell someone.

Description: While smoking on the patio at a friend's house, I saw a bright orange circular object move across the sky in a southerly direction. It was low flying and completely silent. At its closest point, it appeared to have a small corona which regularly pulsed. This certainly was no "balloon" type object as its speed was constant and it moved in a direct line. Anyone have any ideas?

Description: Me and my niece's boyfriend were stood at the front of the house, Two orange circles seemed to 'take' off 1 under another in a vertical formation they went up probably a couple of hundred feet. Then they hovered for a while & did a sort of criss/cross before moving off & fading.
I've never seen anything like it at all I shouted my wife & she came out to join us & she can't explain what it was. But it kept you transfixed when you'd started watching you couldn't take your eye's off it.

This was not what we seen on Sunday it is very difficult to explain what it was, they were orange but it was 2 of them & they appeared to move up in like a formation then perform what can only be described as an air dance, or criss cross dance before stopping & then both heading off in the same direction & at the same pace.

Description: I was going to help my friend get his car out of the mud as it was stuck on a field when a very bright glowing orange fireball/orb appeared. I said to my other 2 friends look because they were busy at the time trying to get the car out the mud but they were not interested one said its just a satellite I know it wasn't so I stood watching for 5 mins it was quite cloudy too but the UFO was visible very clearly through a gap in the clouds then it shot off amazingly fast. Two days later I saw another as I was backing out of my driveway so I stopped and watched it dance about side to side for 2 mins then it shot off it was the same type as the other a fireball/orange one this happened just about a mile from the first.

Description: Three of us were out in the garden, one friend said wait a minute what is that, we other two had our backs to the object overhead, when we looked up it was a large round bright orange light, about the height of an helicopter but without the noise travelling from the south west it came over the top of us and then disappeared from view because of a tree in the garden. I ran to the side of the tree but the object had just disappeared even though I had a long view into the distant sky (we were up on a hill). It was travelling quite fast like the speed of a normal plane or helicopter.

Yes I did look at the ufoballoons sight before I emailed you, as a matter of fact when I discussed what I saw with my husband (who did not see it) I did say it was for all the world like a hot air balloon without the noise. Kawau Island, New Zealand UFO Looked Like A Jelly Fish

Shape of objects: Round.
Weather Conditions: Low cloud cover (approx 1500ft)
Description: UFO was spotted heading from west to east parallel to Bon Accord harbour below the cloud. It had a bright orange light in the centre with an orange glow around it. My husband said it looked a bit like a jelly fish. It was moving at a reasonable pace but then slowed right down almost coming to a stop. It then sped up again and disappeared to the east. Weird thing was that despite the cloud cover it did not seem to disappear thru the cloud but merely faded as if by distance in a very short time. Last thing seen was a small bright light that could have been a star.

Dunmanway, West Cork Ireland Bright Light And Cigar Shaped UFO

Shape of objects: Bright light, 2nd cigar shaped object.
Weather conditions: Clear.
Description: I first noticed a very white bright light facing south in between the hills highly visible very low, at the same time traveling south east an object caught my attention it was brown black cigar shaped, hard at first to see until my eyes focused on it on looking away at the first noticed bright light I looked back to the object south east and spotted it again it was moving at height just above the horizon. I am an amateur astronomer and see my self
as having a trained eye I own a binoculars a reflector and camera, I also had a closer sighting at the time of the Bantry Bay sightings and a sighting with my brother, I have seen very bright lights traveling at the zenith but which have turned out to be light reflecting of an aeroplane,in talking to a farm woman she told me of a friend of hers who witnessed quite often lights in the vicinity of Bantry.
TV/Radio: The time of the Bantry bay UFO radio reporting's I observed my first in Clonakilty walking home about 1am, I spotted a red light on my left about a half mile away which was the height of about a hundred feet up there was no sound at all this shocked me as I thought it was a helicopter, I carried on walking and watching the light disappeared behind the hills but to my amazement appeared again and came towards me this scared me, there are famous standing stones called the Templebryan Standing Stones the light stopped over or around the stone flashed rapidly and then moved up and down so fast it looked like the light became one, it moved of to the right of me and the away from me, very scary. Please let me know if this is to be seen by any other person. Thank you.

Essex, England UK Numerous Bright White Lights Making Unusual Maneuvers

Full Description of event/sighting: On the night of 7th of January I was standing in my back garden just admiring what a beautiful clear night. It was when 9 white glowing objects glided over my house. I stood there in utter shock and disbelief. I ran in and told my wife after seeing this. I stood in my garden again for about half an hour later when 2 big lights caught my eye. I called to my wife again and we watched them glide over the top of our house, one flew straight whilst the other changed direction again and again almost like it was having trouble. Then they both just shot off fast then faster until we could see them no more. I know what birds look like and I know what planes look like and this was something I witnessed ten years ago with a friend. It is half past 9:00 and still in shock from what I had already seen earlier. I glanced again at the sky only to witness either the same nine, but in a different formation. I have got to be honest, I did not look anymore that night. I had seen enough to know I could not explain it. The next day the UK was hit by the UFO hitting a wind turbine. I text my story to Sky News today, I got an email from Sky News telling me my report was passed on to the appropriate authorities and they gave me a reference for future use?

Bridgend, South Wales Large Unknown Craft Moves Silently Through The Sky (UFO)

Time: Evening.
I live in Bridgend, South Wales, and on either Tuesday or Wednesday of last week (6th/7th) I was out the back of my work place smoking a cigarette with a colleague and we saw a aircraft about 400/500 yards away. We often get Police helicopters and passenger planes flying over our shopping mall because we have a police headquarters and large airport nearby, but we also get Chinook helicopters flying over as well, because we are also relatively close to an RAF base. Although after checking online I've found that the nearest base that house the 'Chinook' is RAF Odiham in Hampshire. Now when one of these double bladed beasts fly over or near then you know about it, the noise is incredible and it reverberates through your body like crazy.
On first sighting of this aircraft, that was initially what I thought it was, the size and shape were roughly the same, but the noise was not because, well there was no noise. It was completely silent. The craft as I said was shaped like a 'Chinook' (our veiw of it was side on) it had three bright white lights bathing either end of it, and then it had two red lights flashing in amongst these three bright white lights and it was moving very slowly behind our local Sainsburys shop. We were very shocked to see this large craft and that it was silent, my friend said that it must be an airplane it was just way to low for an airplane, plus it was silent. I was so awestruck by what I was seeing I didn't even think about using my mobile phone to film or take a picture. Which is annoying because I am a keen follower of the UFO phenomenon, and believer of the ET presence on our planet and of the world governments hiding the truth about their knowledge of their ET presence.

Bournville Northfield Hole Lane UK Large Orange Objects

Location of Sighting: Bournville/Northfield - Hole Lane.

Shape of objects: Orange Circles.
Full Description of event/sighting: On 21/01/2008, I was out with my friend walking home and I was drawn to the attention of a large orange object in the sky. It made no noise whatsoever and was moving to slow to be any airline and at first I thought it was a comet or meteorite, but I realized it was moving way too slow. It was larger than any airline I'd ever seen also. I lost sight of this UFO after about 5 minutes, then I saw 3 of the exact same UFO's fly directly over my head, all exactly parallel to each other and moving at exactly the same speed. They were a simple block orange colour, with no other lights. There were then another 2 that followed about 2 minutes later. Before this sighting I did not believe in UFO's, but I am positive what I saw was a UFO and cannot be explained to be anything but that.

Kent, England United Kingdom A Unsettling Experience (UFO ?)

Time: 3:15 a.m.
Location of Sighting: Edwin Road.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Round.
Full Description of event/sighting: My wife and I were woken at 3:15 a.m. by a loud humming in the sky accompanied. My wife said " What's that noise ?" Whatever it was, it was moving over us in an east to west direction and judging by the noise, it was low in the sky. I got up and when I looked out of the bedroom window I saw a pale orange light disappearing over the woods to the west of our house. I really thought, that, whatever it was, it was going down and would crash in the woods, but it disappeared from sight. The noise was not that of an aeroplane or helicopter and the object was not travelling that fast. My guess was that it might have been an airship, but it was certainly much lower than 1500 feet which is the height for flights over urban areas and do airships travel at night ? It was a very strange and unsettling experience.

Sudbury, Middlesex UK A Stationery Round Orange Glowing Light

Location of Sighting: Sudbury, Middlesex.
Number of witnesses: 10

Shape of objects: Round.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving home in the car and saw several people, approx: 8-10 looking up into the sky and some were pointing. My husband and I looked in the direction they were looking and saw a stationery round orange glowing light in the sky. It was approx: 7.25pm. We stopped the car and just watched it in amazement for approx: 1 min and it didn't move. I opened the window and there was no noise. The other people carried on watching. We had to go home, round the corner, to meet some guests and returned with them, but unfortunately the light had gone and so had all the people.

Chapeltown, Sheffield UK A Bright Orange/Red Ball Of Light

Location of Sighting: Chapeltown, Sheffield.
Number of witnesses: 2

Shape of objects: Circle.
Full Description of event/sighting: My wife and I were travelling home towards Ecclesfield from Harley via Chapeltown. As we came off the hill at the bottom of Station road/White lane, I saw what looked like a bright orange/red ball of light travelling towards the M1. I pulled over to see if I could hear anything like a helicopter or aeroplane but there was no noise, my wife commented that it looked like a ball of fire and wondered if it was an aeroplane coming down but we would have expected to hear something. We continued on our journey over the roundabout at Chapeltown and under the railway bridge. By which time the object had changed direction and started travelling with us. We stopped again and my wife got out of the car to take a picture on her phone. The object then stopped, hovered then started moving erratically, at which point she got back in the car and we drove away. A little up the road we noticed another vehicle had stopped and a man was stood at the side of the road looking up where we had just seen the object. We then pulled over again but the object had disappeared. We didn't know who to report the sighting to, but have since heard reports of similar sightings in Lincolnshire, Lancashire and Renfrewshire.

The object then stopped, hovered then started moving erratically, at which point she got back in the car and we drove away. A little up the road we noticed another vehicle had stopped and a man was stood at the side of the road looking up where we had just seen the object. We then pulled over again but the object had disappeared. We didn't know who to report the sighting to, but have since heard reports of similar sightings in Lincolnshire, Lancashire and Renfrewshire.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was watching TV in the bedroom when I caught a glimpse, out of the corner of my eye of what appeared to be a fireball in the sky. At first I thought it was a plane on fire. So then I ran down stairs and told everyone in the house to come outside quick. Three of us saw the light in the sky over Bradford, all of us ruling out certain things the more we looked at it. The light in the sky started off way bigger than a plane would appear in the sky and for the height it was at, but eventually disappeared in front of our eyes.

Kent UK A Large Orange Object

Full Description of event/sighting: After Christmas dinner my partner and I went outside for a cigarette and the first thing we noticed was a rather large and round orange light in the sky, it was moving quickly from a easterly to a westerly direction with no noise (and no visible wing tip lights etc. which ruled out our idea of it being an aeroplane or a helicopter), but then appeared to slow and stop (we both looked at each other and agreed that it had stopped and was a bit odd)!
We have loads of things flying over here (passenger/commercial planes from London), helicopters, light aircraft and sometimes military aircraft fly over here, as we're close to the river (Coastguard), Rochester Airport (light aircraft) and Chinooks and merlins (dunno where they come from) seem to use the river as a guide, but this was nothing like we'd seen before (be interested to see if Rochester Airport noticed anything)!
Anyway, we came back in and had a laugh with the family that we'd just seen a UFO. We all looked out the window in the direction it had stopped, but nothing there.
I hadn't thought about it until my Mum phoned me up this evening and said that there was something in the local paper about someone else seeing something similar around here a few days earlier!
If anyone finds out what it was (balloon, firework, fire on board plane...or a UFO) please let me know. I'm intrigued now.

Full Description of event/sighting: Me and my friend (name removed) were walking along the road when my friend looked up and said what is that? It was very bright orange in colour. It was going at a very fast pace across the sky, faster than any other aircraft possible. I was also absolutely silent and didn't make a sound like a jet or firework would make a loud noise. I did take a picture and was a good quality picture as well. If you want to see the picture or need any more details then please don't hesitate in contacting me on the number given.

Full Description of event/sighting: My little brother was walking home on n.y.e with his girlfriend and said he saw some weird orange lights in the sky (not lanterns or fireworks) They were just there, not moving or anything, then they just disappeared, gone in the blink of an eye. So me being me, I am well into the UFO/stars thing by the way and I never left home with out my camcorder. I was driving up Cabell Rd, Guildford on 04.01.09, just left my girlfriends house. I have driven up this road at night a million times, maybe even two million times as I've been with her for 9 years now and I know where all the stars are in the sky at that time of year ect. I saw these two orange lights just on the horizon. I would say, est a mile up and half a mile apart. So I hit the brakes, jumped out the car (it's 12.35am) and tried to film them. At first I didn't think I got much (only filmed for 6 seconds, then they disappeared, but looking over the film when I play it at 1 frame at a time, you can clearly see a triangle shape of 3 orange lights and one single one on it's own to the right, which almost looked like balls of fire. Strange huh.
As I said, there was 4 orange lights in total, there were only 2 visible to the human eye. I didn't see the others until I played the tape back, which made me think they were even stranger. I don't know what I saw, but I do know that I have never seen anything like these lights before, nor have I seen then again. I put my findings up on facebook and a few others claim to have seen some orange lights in the skies over Guildford too. Just thought I'd let you know my story. If I see any more, I will surely contact you again. Many thanks.

Full Description of event/sighting: Driving down North Dane Way, to my left I saw a round orange/red object in the sky. Looked like a light/fire. Thought it was a helicopter, but it stopped and hovered above the houses. I slowed down and another one appeared. It just hung in the sky, no noise. Drove on to pick my daughter up and told her what I had seen. Thought it was reflection of street light, but hovered over houses, very low. We even drove back together to see if it was there but half an hour later it had gone.
Saw article in Medway Messenger, sounded just like what I had seen, read it out to my husband because I had described what I saw when I got home that night to him and two guests we had and they didn't believe me!

I saw the objects and at first thought they were fireworks, but they just slowly moved across the sky. Two side by side and two one above the other they move from east to west then gradually disappeared.

Sandal, Wakefield UK V Formation Of Deep Colored Orange Lights

Shape of objects: V formation of orange lights.
On 26th December 2008 at about 5:30pm, my partner was looking out of the window and she shouted me to go and look. When I looked out there were 3 deep orange triangles, forming a V-shape. It was just to the side of my flat, at about 100ft, maybe less. There was no sound whatsoever. I was a bit scared but excited. We watched it for a couple of minutes & then it seemed to change shape and the 3 triangles seemed to move up to make 1 ball and then it faded.
We ran outside, but it had gone.We shouted my brother who lives near me. He had also been watching it. He said it had moved over the flats and then gone back. He could make out an outline of a black boomerang shape. Later than night we saw another orange triangle move across, go back and fade.

Location of Sighting: Sandal, Wakefield.

Number of objects: 6
Shape of objects: Triangular.
Full Description of event/sighting: My partner and I were just having our tea on 25th, I just happened to glance outside and saw an orange triangle, a little bit bigger than largest star. I told my partner and we watched it glide across sky and fade. About a minute later another one came across the same path and faded.

Plympton Plymouth Devon, UK A Spherical Fireball With Trail

Time: 6:50 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Plympton Plymouth Devon.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Spherical with trail.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was standing outside work with colleague when I noticed something in the sky to my left. I looked instantly and it appeared to be a huge fireball with trail which was travelling towards earth, but disappeared behind a building. My colleague and I could not believe what we had seen. It was not a shooting star as it was too large and too low in the sky. We thought it could have been a meteorite, but as I said before, it was very large.

Brisbane, Queensland Australia A Bright Golden Light

Time: 9:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: West
Number of witnesses: 3
Number of objects: 2
Shape of objects: A bright golden light.
Full Description of event/sighting: Me, my mother and my sister were outside when myself and my mum saw a golden light zooming across the sky from a upwards direction and it only lasted a second and went about 2 times faster then a jet. About 3 minutes later myself and my mum again saw it again from the other direction like they were moving together and my sister saw it this time and she says that it started it mid air and we watched it disappear in mid air but there was no sound.

Bourne, Lincolnshire, England 5 Separate Orange Burning Shapes

Time: Approx: 5:00 a.m.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 5 to start with.
Shape of objects: Roundish.
Weather Conditions: Clear and icy.
Description: Was watching New Year fireworks from bedroom window, and looking out I thought I saw where a firework had landed in a tree. There appeared to be 5 separate orange burning shapes. One by one, over a minute or so they faded away to nothing. I thought nothing of it that night apart from how silly people are for letting fireworks off so close to trees! However, the next day looking out of my window to where i saw the lights, there actually isn't a tree, and the trees close by aren't high enough for it to have been them. Very strange, did anyone else see anything similar?

Illuka, Perth, Western Australia Round Bright Light

Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 3
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Round Bright Light.
Weather Conditions: Clear Night.
Description: My Sister her husband and I were in a spa pool looking at the night sky when from the South straight above us appeared a big bright white light moving North, it was about 4 time bigger then the brightest star and had no flashing lights at all, like there would be on an aeroplane, only one bright light, it travelled North and half way across our visible sky area just faded into a orange trail for a small distance then disappeared before us, it did via a slight right towards the end before disappearing. There was no sound at all with this object.
TV/Radio: Non that I know about, but I havn't seen the news for a while or listened to the radio for a while.

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply:
No definitely not, the object we saw was moving in a straight line above us at the speed of a plane, or even faster, my sis and her husband are very much skeptics, they are both geologists, by the end of the sighting my sis agreed with me she didn't know what it was and her hubby kept saying it was a plane that turned off its lights but and a couple of nights later we saw a plane at night in the sky which looked totally different its white light was flashing and it had green and red flashing lights and was on a totally different flight path also way smaller. Not only that for a plane to be that low we would have heard it and we didn't.
There was no wavering at all like the weather balloon, and this one was very bright white.
