My husband and I saw these lights. They were in formation and travelled across the sky and then upwards quickly and disappeared. We still talk about it and cannot find a reasonable explanation

Large Bright Orange Object/Light In The Sky And Seen From Headlands Northampton UK

Time:  Evening.

On my way to get my son from his girlfriends, when I was distracted by a very big orange light in the sky.

This sighting was near the Headlands.

Very strange, see you guys.

Hi, yes it was 1/3/2015. The Headlands is in Northampton and I guess I saw it for about 20 minutes.

I spotted it roughly 3 miles from there, then when my son got in car and said he'd seen it for about 30 minutes.

It wasn't moving, it just looked as though it was hovering.

5 Bright Orange Lights/Objects Flew Over Auckland New Zealand

Time:  12:05 a.m.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: At five minutes past midnight on Monday morning of the  22/12/14, I observed at first three bright orange objects crossing from west to east.

They were not to far apart, but behind each other and moving at a fair pace. I woke my wife up and she also observed them.

While we were still looking at them, another came across, but at a different height, also in the same direction. Then another, but at a different height.

The strange thing was that the first three did not disappear into the distance, but the lights suddenly went out. The other two also disappeared at the same place as the others.

If my wife had not seen it for herself, she would have thought that I was off my head.

Bright Orange Light Made Up Of Hexagons Seen Flying Toward Beverley Yorkshire England UK

Hi, not seen in your area, but saw something very similar in Hull, UK in 2009. It was moving very slowly travelling down Beverly Road towards Beverly.

It was bright orange light made up of hexagons. It also looked like it had a crescent shape to it, but that wasn't clear what was, was the big circular orange light made of hexagons.

The shape of the hexagons could be seen as the outline of each hexagon making up the circular light was a brighter orange/amber. Kind regards.

Huge Bright Orange/Yellow Lights In The Sky Over Yatton England UK

Hi Brian, I have genuinely just seen the exact same thing as a post on your blog. I also live in Yatton.

I just happened to be looking out of the loft window when I saw a huge bright orange/yellow light. I knew straight away it wasn't an aeroplane, as I see those every day and night, so know exactly how they look and how their lights are.

This light was so intensely bright and was so big, it's unlike anything I have ever seen. It hovered in the same place for around 2-3 minutes then slowly descended behind the hills. But out of nowhere, along came a second light.

The same size; shape; colour and brightness, it hovered in the same place as the first light then disappeared before my eyes. You might think of an explanation for the one light, but then for a second one to appear is just bizarre.

I Googled it just hoping something would pop up and when I saw the post, I was totally gobsmacked. The two sightings are almost identical and I knew I had to contact you. It's a lovely clear night with no clouds and it's the 30th of July, 23:13 2014. Very similar time and date of your initial sighting in 2010. Very ,very weird.

I'd love to know if you ever found out what this could have been, or be now. Regards.

Bright Glowing Orange Ball Over Edmonton Cairns Queensland Australia

 Date:  Mid 1980’s
Time:  11:00 p.m.

Sorry not real good with this PC. I am 70 years old just found your story about orange lights over Edmonton. It reminded me of a similar event that happened to me back in the mid 80s. I was living in Malabar St. Centenary Heights at that time.

This night I took my little dog out for last toilet at 11:00 p.m. It was a clear star lit night. I noticed a glowing orange ball of light sitting over Edmonton. I watched it for about 5 minuets trying to figure out what it was and then to my amazement, it started slowly moving left for 5 or 600 meters (east) it then started to descend at 45 degrees and vanished behind the tree line that I could see in silhouette.

I kept watching this spot and after a few minutes it came up again to it’s original height and returned to its original position. I ran inside and got my binoculars, 20/50s then I noticed my neighbours lights were still on, so knocked.

They came out with their binoculars. As we were watching, I noticed the light had started coming toward us, it went slowly with no noise at all over our heads and the house behind us. We ran through the car port and watched it travel over Cairns.

I had it in the binoculars when it just went out and was gone. It was about half the size of a full moon and it was a very bright glowing orange ball. I have had four other sightings of interest in my life time, if you would like to hear about them just email me. Thank you.

Super bright orange circles one by one faded away. I believed.

Large Bright Orange Object Hovered In The Sky Over Cabo San Lucas Mexico

Time:  Approx: 7:30 p.m.

Hi, we were in Cabo, just arrived at our resort in the afternoon and were down by the fire pit. I saw a large intense orange ball in the sky.

It came over into view over the hill in Cabo, very bright and strong orange color. 
I asked my husband to look at it we watched it move,  hover for approximately 3-4 minutes. Then it just blinked out. We both were discussing what it was.

Two older ladies also saw it for a minuet. The date was December 8. 2012. It was around 7:30 p.m. It was a clear sky no clouds, lots of stars.

The way it hovered in one place then blinked out bothered us, we knew it wasn’t a helicopter or plane from the color and size.

We are two professionally employed people in our early 50,s. Our resort was 15 minutes outside of Cabo San Lucas heading towards San Jose del Cabo.

We were looking towards Cabo as we can see the arch from our room and swimming pool area.

We still are baffled, and tonight I punched in on Google. Strange orange light over Cabo Mexico and it immediately popped up your comments and email. So here it is.

Two Bright Red/Orange Lights Hovering In The Sky Over Basrah Iraq

Time:  Evening.

I found your site by Googling what myself and other Americans had seen tonight in the sky over Iraq.

There was two bright reddish/orange glowing lights, one was brighter than the other.

At first sight I thought that maybe it was the moon behind a dust storm that was possibly approaching, but this wasn't the case.

As I was looking right to left the moon was in clear sight on my left and the sky was very clear and no dust storm.

We sat there observing this mystery for about 5 minutes and the two glowing red orbs started to slowly dissipate and I can't think of any logical reason why.

I can assure you, there is no military aircraft here in Iraq, these were not flares.

I have been in and around the military for nearly 20 years and I have never seen anything like this before, my first thought was that this was some sort of comet, but we would have heard/seen/read of this on the news.

Another Bright Orange Object Seen In The Sky West Of Claremont South Africa

Time:  9:40 p.m.

Hi Brian, it's me again, the Security Officer in Cape Town, South Africa on Monday Night at 21h40 west of Claremont I spotted another bright orange light coming from Strand Area in the sky at a low altitude stopping and fading away, but still steady on the same spot where it stopped.

What I'm trying to say is that space wreckage won't wait for an invitation to fall due to gravity. I was kind of working at the time, but waited for more and maybe I missed the others.

Sorry about that, but I will let you know I'm hoping for something better maybe some pictures if I can get close enough, and hey Brian, I'm your eyes and ears here in South Africa.

Mostly over Tangkaan Beach Padre Burgos Southern Leyte Philippines.

Maybe some energy here I think, I feel that way. I flashed a light and it flashed back more than on one occasion, that’s the truth.

Sounds untrue, but it is the truth. Three people saw the same thing more than once, they were moving, stopping and flashing back. Only if you send binary numbers in flash.

Single object, round light at bottom, six or eight, yellowish.

Bright Orange Object Seen Flying Over Coochiemudlo Island Brisbane Queensland Australia

I was fishing on Coochiemudlo Island at 11.30 p.m. on the 02nd of January, 2013. Looking south, just above the horizon, there was a light moving at super high speed on north.

I mean it was moving fast. The light was orange and seemed to stay at the same height.

Do you know what this is? I have fished at night for many years, and never have I seen anything like this. I am very curious as to what it may be. It cannot be a meteorite as it did not fall down, but raced across the horizon, staying at the same height.

Could it be something to do with gas? The colour was bright orange. Any ideas?

60 Bright Lights And A Beam Shaped Flying Opaque UFO In The Sky Over Cheltenham U.K.

Date:  December 31, 2012 and January 1, 2013
Time:  11:50 p.m. and 12:42 a.m.

Sighting of 3 bright moving lights at 11:50 p.m. on December 31st 2012 seen from a garden in Cheltenham UK. Coming from the southwest.

No sound heard and lights moving quickly, definitely not fireworks.

Later as many as 60 similar lights seen coming from the southwest. At 12:42 a.m. 2013 a bean shaped flying opaque object seen with a red light at the tip.

The red light later moved around as though the object had moved in a different direction. This was reported by a trustworthy person who has not previously believed in UFO sightings.

Bright Ball Of Light Passes Overhead At Durban South Africa

Time:  Approx: 8:00 p.m.

Hi Brian, about an hour ago (20:00  27 December 2012) a large (baseball size) bright ball of light passed overhead. It moved at the speed of a normal plane, but silently.

I have seen many meteorites and the occasional boloid, but this was a light not a fire and had no tail.

It moved in a dead straight line from east to west and just faded as it got further away.

I’ve noticed from the other stories posted recently that there seems to be a fair amount of activity in this area (Durban South Africa).

I would love to hear from some locals who have seen similar things recently.

3 Bright Orange Lights In The Sky Over Arbroath Scotland

Time:  Approx: 9:00 p.m.

 

Was walking the dog last night around 9.00 p.m. when I saw three bright orange lights in the sky equal distance apart following the same projection.

 

Very quick, quicker than a satellite and many times bigger. Moving west together east slight northerly archival . 

 

No noise or trail. Though it first maybe helicopters, but this was much higher and they continually glowed.

4 Bright Orange Light/Object Over Claremont Cape Town South Africa

Time:  Approx: 10:30 p.m.

My name is (name removed), I'm a Security Officer in Claremont ,Cape Town on Friday 21 December 2012 at about 23h30 me and my two friends saw four bright orange lights coming towards us from Constantia in the direction of Claremont.

At first we thought it was a plane, but it slowed down and stopped and then faded away leaving a blur dot almost like it's burning out but soon after that about 2 to 3 minutes apart they came four after each and all stopping on the same spot and fading away.

What I find strange is why on the same spot if it was fireworks or Chinese lanterns it would've changed direction when going out. I think it might have something to do with nature, but would like to know why all of this is happening now all of a sudden all over the world.

I will keep you posted if I see more strange stuff in the sky, hope I do.

Large Very Bright Red/Orange Colored Ball Of Light Over Randburg Johannesburg Gauteng South Africa

Hi there, just came across your blog and I am so glad we are not the only ones!

My wife and I saw a large, very bright reddish/orange light moving silently over the Randburg area on the 20th of December. It seemed to be moving at about 2000-3000 feet, completely silently.

Although it looked like a single big light, you could make out 3-4 distinct brighter shapes inside it, almost like a cluster of objects very near to each other.

It moved from east to west. I immediately posted our sighting on Facebook, but only been teased since. But, last night I got a frantic call from a friend of ours in Worchester, who saw the same thing on the 21st.

Any ideas on what this is? I've seen many meteor fireballs in my travels to North Africa, this was not the same thing. And definitely not an aircraft, I work in the aviation industry.
