Red Circular Object Flew Over Daveyton Township Next To Benoni South Africa

Time:  Evening.

I noticed the same unidentified flying object that same day. I was in Daveyton, a township next to Benoni. It was December and so I thought it was some kind of powerful fireworks. I ruled that out.

I thought that perhaps Russia or the US have just launched a space shuttle to the space station, and it was visible to this side of the planet.

So I went to the internet to investigate, but found nothing. It was frustrating because at the occurrence of this red circular object, I was surrounded buy kids who were playing on the street and their fascination was short lived unlike mine.

So I’m glad that I’m not the only adult who saw it.

Circular Orange Object/Light Over Newton Aycliffe UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Saw this circular orange object, first of all I was thinking it was an aircraft light. Aircraft lights are more usually white in colour, where this one was bright orange.

It seemed to be travelling as fast as an aircraft then abruptly stopped and hovered.

Then moved slightly to the right and then hovered.

It then started to rise in the sky, higher and higher and then disappeared.

A matter of a couple of minutes later it appeared further to the right in the sky, moving across then hovering.

There was no noise, not a sound at all. Total silence.

Dark sky, cloudy.

Cluster Of Orange Circular Objects Moving Across The Sky At Delportshoop Area Outside Kimberley South Africa

Good evening, I don't know if I'm going crazy or what, but this time I saw a cluster of orange circular objects moving across the sky.

My mother saw about 5 of them moving together.

Round about 21:45. There was no sound coming from it moving east to west.

I have three cellphone pictures of it.

Delportshoop area outside of Kimberley South Africa.

White Circular Light Starts Zig Zagging Over Lifford Co Donegal Ireland

Hi, I came across this sight by Googling, "white circles of light over Donegal", so I've decided to report what we seen also.

 

White circular light moving very strangely. Myself and my fiancé were looking at Jupiter through our amateur telescope when we noticed a very bright star directly above us, much brighter than Jupiter. We instantly thought it must be the space station as we had heard it was passing over Ireland a few weeks before, but as we watched the light it started to move slowly in a southerly direction towards the horizon.

 

Then moved to the west slightly, then east where it stopped and started zig-zagging to the south. It then stopped for say thirty seconds or longer, then moved back east again, zig-zagged again and stopped. It then moved steadily north and out of sight.

 

I actually managed to track it for a moment with the telescope and it just looked like a little circle of white light, much like Jupiter but much brighter. We are both perplexed by what we saw and I would have thought I was seeing things had my fiancé not also witnessed it.

 

I've never seen a UFO before, and I must say it didn't sit too well with me.

Light Orange Circular Object Over Derbyshire United Kingdom

UFO Chesterfield Red Light, I have just seen the exact same thing about 5 minutes ago. (now 21:32 25-04-2009) I immediately Googled 'UFO Derbyshire Red Light' and found this post. Very bizarre.

 

What I saw: A fabulous view of a light orange bright circular object travelling in a perfectly straight line, travelling at approximately 100 mph, I imagine under the cloud level.

 

I followed it for about a minute, then it seem to quickly shrink to a bright orange dot then gone. It was travelling in a northwest direction. I saw this from my loft skylight, which I am regularly hanging out of having a crafty smoke.

 

I know this is a very unusual as I have never seen anything like this before in my life. Absolutely no sound whatsoever and travelling far too quickly for a glider/balloon etc., I am very intrigued.

Red Circular Object With Orange Glow Over Lymm Cheshire North West England UK

Hi, I live in Lymm and during a walk down Whitbarrow Road with my partner and daughter about 6:30 p.m. Christmas Eve 2008. My partner noticed a red circular object with an orange glow. At first it moved quite slow towards us, then headed east towards Altrincham.

 

After being in sight for about 10 minutes it started to get further and further away before eventually disappearing. It left my 6 year old daughter thinking she had seen Santa and me and my partner truly confused. We regret the fact we didn't video it, as it is highly unlikely we will witness anything like that again.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was in my living room watching TV. I suddenly glanced out my window from sofa that sits at an angle facing the window. I saw a glimmer of light in the sky that appeared in full view moving slowly.

 

It got my attention straight away. I saw a round/circular object which was orange. (reminded me of the colour of traffic light). I jumped up to window as it passed overhead, it did not make any other movement and moved in slow motion.

 

I knew it was no plane as when it went out of sight, and another 2 appeared moving swiftly in sync.

Orange Circular Lights Over The Sandyford/Stillorgan Area Dublin Ireland

Time:  Evening.

 

Just Goggled to see if I could find anything about orange circular lights over Dublin in the Sandyford/Stillorgan area. I’ve just driven home from there and as I emerged from a housing estate, I noticed 3 big orange lights up ahead in the sky.

 

Originally thinking it was stars, but then realized the discoloration and size, dismissed it. Then as I drove towards Dundrum I saw many more appearing, up to 9, if not more, all following in an arc formation, with 2 stepped intervals.

 

Moving from left to right. I don’t know what to make of this sighting. Thanks.

Two Circular Fireballs Come To Stop Over Antwerp Belgium

Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.

Dear Mister, The sighting you described as two circular fireballs, about the same speed as a plane, no sound, is exactly what we saw just half an hour ago. I live in Belgium, Antwerp and it was today 29/03/2011 around 23:00 that we saw this, moving east to west.

It mostly looked like a comet about to crash down on earth, it moved over our roof, so we ran to the back of the house, where a second 'fire ball' was hanging in the sky. The moving 'fire ball' then stopped, what seemed to be next to it. They hung there for about a minute and then seemed to either evaporate, or leave the atmosphere. First one, then the other.

We have no explanation for what we saw. My guess is that it's either military related, or... alien. I draw this conclusion because of the behavior of the fire balls.

I dearly hope you have some additional information about this sighting, and I also hope to hear from you soon.

Professional Journalist Observes Three Green Circular Lights Over London UK

Hi there, I live in London (UK) and am not a believer in UFOs or anything like that. But last night (27 March 2011), about 8:00pm local time, I distinctly saw three green, circular lights outside my kitchen window sort of dancing about. I couldn't work out what they were.

They were similar to some kind of laser effect, but there is nowhere they could have been projected from and they were moving independently (i.e not from one source).

It really felt like they were looking in at the flat! In terms of size they were about the size of a tennis ball. I went to get my binoculars to see if I could work out where they were coming from, but when I returned they had gone. I scanned around with the binoculars to see if there was any obvious source. Nothing to report there.

The lights did not come back. I am a professional journalist writing about politics, so this is not at all my field, but nor am I inclined to fantasies or hallucinations. So, what do you reckon? A UFO? And if so, what was it doing? Regards from across the Atlantic.

Bright Burning Red Circular UFO Over Tallaght South Dublin County Ireland

Date: Around February 11, 2011 (?)
Time: Evening.

Hi there, I was in Tallaght about two weeks ago and seen the strangest thing ever, and have been looking on the web for similar sightings in the area to no avail.

I saw a bright burning red circular object going across the sky at some speed, faster than a plane, but controlled speed and direction, not falling. It looked to be about the same height as a plane, but was burning bright red, when it passed directly over me I saw 5 bright white lights under the object, it was clearly round. I rang my brother as I was watching it. It was a totally clear night so I could see it perfectly clear.

It moved across the sky at some speed so could not have been anything like a Chinese lantern or any crap like that, it was clearly some sort of plane or UFO of some kind, but was moving to fast to be a standard plane and it made no noise at all. Lights were not flashing like a plane and the fact that it was bright red was also very strange. I cant explain it, but was amazing to look at.

Haven't seen anything like it since.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I took my young pup out for a walk so he could do his doings, when I looked up and noticed how strong the night sky was. I was admiring the stars because there was not a cloud in sight, and after about 5 minutes I noticed that only what I can describe was two circular orange street lighting objects where traveling side by side at the same speed.

They were not as fast as a plane, nor as a helicopter, and just as I was surprised to see this come and pass, I saw a third one. It seemed to do and act as the previous two, but the difference being was it seemed to be exactly in the middle of the same path as the previous two.

May I add, I am an open minded person with a family, no aircraft travels without a warning beacon and then just disappears like an ailing candle. I must stress to you that this is a phenomenon and not something commercial. I will therefore be searching the night sky with a witness in the future with a camera, not a phone, as I took a couple of photos. Kind regards.

Eventually it went off into the distance and disappeared, I watched it the entire way. It seemed very very odd! Also there have been UFO sightings a lot recently here in NZ and as I read now, all over the world.

Large Bright Orange Glowing Circular Object Waihi Beach New Zealand

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Strange, outside on the deck I saw a very bright orange glowing circular shape in the sky moving fast (no sound) quite large. I didn't take much notice as I figured it must be something explainable as I'm not really a believer as such. I went inside and a few minutes later my son went out to his car and came running back in shouting 'come look at this,' he experienced loud burning/crackling sounds and saw this strange bright shape quite close by.

We watched as it moved about then disappeared and reappeared a number of times, this went on for about half an hour. On the evening of 27 December 2010 my husband was out on the deck and called out as again this thing was in the sky that we had described to him, only for a few minutes this time. Last night 30 December 2010 about 10:00pm as I went out onto the deck there it was for the third time, moving very fast almost as though it might crash into our house.

It stops hovers for a few minutes then shoots straight up disappearing into the clouds, this sighting included myself, son and his partner. We have no explanation of what it could be, there were no aircraft sounds, it didn't appear as a normal aircraft in the night sky as it moved too fast and too erratic for that, we will keep watching.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Ok never did a report before, and just found your site. I was doing a search on UFO sightings in Ireland. I am shocked now to read the reports on your site, reporting lights in Dublin on December 24th and 27th, 2010. I would like to confirm that I saw these same circular lights, at first there were two and then one following a short distance behind.

What happened is following as clear as I recall: At 18:15pm I was upstairs in a darkened bedroom just after Christmas dinner watching BBC 1 TV. I was watching the Doctor Who Christmas episode 2009. From my large bedroom window you can see clearly a part of Templeville road, and part of clear dark sky etc.

Suddenly out the window and out of the corner of my eye, I became aware of some lights. From my house they where coming from a southwest direction, moving northeast. Anyway, it was two lights moving slowly together in formation. It was not a plane flash as they where too low and there was no blinking, and of course there was silence. I ran down the stairs and into the street to see and they had gone. I didn't tell others in house because I had no evidence. I settled back to watch the good doctor assuming it over.

Then again I saw a third light on its own and it followed the same path as first two, (approximately 1 minute after first two lights. Again out of place as it was too slow and low. I ran downstairs and shouted to mum, come out have a look at this light.

I observed the third light move slowly for approximately 30 seconds more in the northwest direction and then it blinked out.

The end, the main purpose of this is to confirm reports of same lights observed in Dublin on the 24th and 27th 2009 sights. This is absolute truthful account. Regards.

Two Circular Fireballs In The Sky Over Saline Fife Scotland UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Two circular fireballs in sky were travelling north to south over the Forth Valley and on towards south side of river Forth. Both disappeared roughly in direction of Edinburgh airport.

They looked rather like hot air balloons and flames were clearly visible through binoculars. Speed of travel about same as plane, but no noise at all. Observed for perhaps around 5 minutes total. Please note flames clearly visible. I am not a UFO believer, but this was very strange. Perhaps easily explainable, I don't know.
