10 White/Blue Lights In The Sky Over Limerick Ireland

I just saw a ring of perhaps 10 white/blue lights in Limerick Ireland at 7:00 p.m. this evening.

Lights were rotating and changing from circular to conical in shape.

Would disappear and reappear in different locations in a radius of about a mile from my house?

Unknown Object Flying Over Head At Borris-In-Ossory Ireland

Date:  December 28, 2014
Time:  Early morning.

Just woke up about an hour ago an came down stairs to get something for breakfast went outside to have a cigarette and there was no cover of clouds over the sky.

Was looking up at the stars because it looks beautiful at this time. Anyway, I was looking up and spotted this flying object, it was totally silent and just going through the sky at a normal, but faster pace.

It went over Borris In Ossory, Ireland and was gone by the time I had finished smoking. I am a very quick smoker, only about 45 seconds to finish.

It was blinking twice every time I seen it. It looked exactly like a star, but it blink twice then stopped and repeated the pattern.

Found you on Google search for sightings. Wasn't freaked out, just admired it flying at such a pace. Thoughts?

Witnesses Panic As Orange Lights/UFOs Get Larger And Brighter Over Killiney Ireland

Date:  2013 and December 25, 2014
Time:  Late night.

Investigator Brian Vike’s Note: The witness thought it was me who witnessed some lights, but it wasn’t, it was another person who saw similar lights and sending their report to me.

You are not alone my friend, we have witnessed these same glowing orb like objects before twice in the year of 2013 and just last night 25/12/2014.

We were coming home from my mom and dads and you have to travel over a very big hill/mountain to get over the other side to the main highway.

We were nearly over the hill and I looked up and I said to my husband, "please tell me there is a hill up there where that bright light is?" As we came around the corner? Nothing! Just a mass bright orange light as it glided across the sky as we were in pitch black as there are no lights on a hill out in the middle of know where.

I stopped the car dead in the middle of the road as we watched this orb moving as fast as a small aircraft. It then just disappeared out of sight. Then came another, but brighter and slightly bigger and moved just as fast and then vanished, because we have seen these strange lights before we new they travelled in threes.

What came next was larger and brighter and we are in pitch blackness and we have the hazards on. My husbands turns them off and this bloody thing slowed right down as if to hover just over us.

It is the closet we have ever seen these things and at this point I am scared to dead and we turned the lights on and drove very, very fast out of there.

That my friend was way to close for comfort, and I swear they are no dam bloody lanterns as they could not move as fast as a small aircraft and then stop mid air and then move slowly and then disappear.

Five Lights In A Circle In The Sky Over Kenmare South Of County Kerry Ireland

Good day, I would like to inform you that my two sons saw green lights above our house on 13-11-2014 at 01h30.

There were 5 lights in a circle and one on the outside which kept on moving between the other lights and back to the outside.

They were greenish, the shape was round turning oval and back again. We are in the Kenmare area.

Know of anybody that saw something similar?

UFO/Lights Seen Zig Zagging And Hovering Between Borris In Ossory And Roscrea Ireland

I have seen the same, and I’m in Laois area.

It’s in a westerly direction from me and seems to zig zag, and hover over ground somewhere between Borris in Ossary and Roscrea.

It moves in a pendulum motion or seems to hop sometimes, I can’t really pin point location or I’d be down seeing what it is.

3 Red Lights In A Triangular Formation In The Sky Over Sligo Ireland

Time:  Midnight.

Hello, I would like to describe my sighting experience of the 31th December 2011. I was living in Ireland last year, in Dublin for the New Year I was alone and I choose a hotel in Sligo.

I have to say that I was keeping myself informed about the aliens and UFO information with an Italian researcher since all year because of some of my dreams.

I went in this hotel in Sligo on the 31th of December and close to the midnight I noticed a sudden interruption of the internet connection, meanwhile my head was having interference as a radio.

The thing made me suspicious and I went to the window. At precise midnight of the New Year I saw 3 red lights in the sky in a triangular formation and I could see a shape of a ship.

I was scared, I tried to take a picture with my camera, but it was far away. Then the lights disappeared in an intermittent way.

I jumped back fast on the bed and I checked on my computer on Google, and immediately found some information about other sightings  that appeared in Sligo.

Then after a while, I could hear a noise similar to a strong wind and a big puff of air came inside the room from the window (even if the window's glasses were closed).

That's my full experience that I preferred to archive in order so i don't become crazy!

Red Ball Of Light In The Sky Over Banbridge Northern Ireland

I also live in Banbridge and last night 09/09/2012 I saw a red ball in the sky. It was lower than cloud level and I watched it go across the sky making no noise at all.

As I watched it, it kind of blinked off then on and then it disappeared altogether. Don't know what it was, but it was beautiful to see.

5 Bright Glowing Orange Balls Of Light Seen Over Rathfarnham Dublin Ireland

Full Description of Event/Sighting: A friend and I were walking through Rathfarnham, a suburb of Dublin. We noticed ahead and above us, five orange, brightly lit balls, travelling from west to east.

 

Venus and Jupiter were visible in the west. These objects were twice as bright and twice as large as Venus. There were no navigation lights or strobe lights visible.

Also there was no sound coming from them. They took about thirty seconds to cross our line of vision before they disappeared behind some trees. As far as we could tell they continued travelling west at a slightly slower speed than a commercial jet.

 

We had never seen anything like this before and were quite mystified. We still can't imagine what it was we saw.

Four White Lights Seen Over Highlands Drogheda Co. Louth Ireland

Saw three, maybe four white lights in perfect alignment over Highlands area in Drogheda tonight. Thought it was a plane at first and this is what caught my attention.

 

A red light was flashing between them (like a plane), but whole time was completely stationary. I watched for ages, but it didn't move at all.

 

It was weird, I went to knock door for my son to look.

 

When I turned round again, it had totally vanished. Not moved, it literally vanished! Anyone else seen it?

Bright Orange Lights Seen Flying Over Rathfarnham Ireland

 

Date:  March 4, 2012

Time:  Between 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

 

Hi, I would like to report a strange sighting witnessed by two of us on 4/3/12, between 19:30 and 20:00 hrs over Rathfarnham.

Passing by the Church beside the Yellow House my friend said there was something in the sky. I looked up and saw three bright orange lights crossing over the church travelling in an west to east direction.

There was a gap and then another two came following.

Venus and Jupiter were visible very close together in the west. These lights were so much brighter than Venus and twice as large.

There was no sound from these lights.

They continued on heading east with no deviation from the flight path, until they disappeared from view.

They were visible for about thirty seconds. There were no green or red navigation lights or strobe lights. We are both mystified by what we saw and cannot explain it. Regards.

Fast Traveling UFO Changes Direction In An Instant Over Athy Co. Kildare Ireland

Full Description of Event/Sighting: It was around 7 o’clock in the evening, just a few days after Christmas me and a friend were walking the dogs around a field close to or housing estate.

 

We couldn't help, but look at the the night sky as it was so clear and lit up with millions of stars, when we noticed a glowing oval shaped object fly by.

 

It seem to come from know where.

 

At first we thought it was a meteorite, but it changed direction so fast and disappeared all with in a few seconds. I can honestly say it was not a plane or shooting star or a meteorite as it was going so fast and changed direction in a split second.

 

If my friend wasn't with me, I wouldn't of believed what I just seen. Every night I walk the same field with the dogs and have yet to see it again.

Moon Like Object Over Dublin Ireland

 

Date:  January 13, 2012

Time:  Evening.

 

Hi Brian, I saw the exact same thing in Ireland exactly as you described it. I knew it wasn’t the moon, as this object seemed to be setting like the sun.

 

Also the fact that the real moon was in the sky at the time of the sighting.

It was almost as if the object had intended to look like the moon as from the distance that I was at. I could see what resembled craters of some sort, but almost hazy.

 

It stood still for a period of time until it gradually began to drop over the horizon. From the sounds of it, I was much closer than you had encountered. I’m an absolute skeptic when it comes to ET and conspiracy theories etc.

 

The experience hasn’t opened my mind, I’m sure there’s a logical explanation, but I can’t seem to tell people as what I saw was clearly not something you see every day.

4 Lights Spotted Over Ennis County Clare Ireland

Time:  12:10 a.m..

 

Hi, My name is (name removed) and I’m from Ennis County Clare in Ireland. It’s a smallish town of about 25,000. About 5 minutes ago I saw 1 small glowing ball of light, I got out of bed and had a look. 

 

I thought it was a meteor, but I always thought they moved fast.

 

This object was moving about the speed of a plane, but it defiantly was not a plane, even though we are close to an airport. It was then followed by three more balls of light, and yes in a triangle formation. 

 

I looked on my phone, wondering if there was a meteor shower tonight and then I came across this, which is shockingly and early close to what I’ve just seen.

 

I’ve been looking out for the last  while and nothing else has appeared and they have long disappeared. I even went around to the front of the house saw noting.

 

In total I saw 4 slow moving balls of light coming from the west to the east.

White Circular Light Starts Zig Zagging Over Lifford Co Donegal Ireland

Hi, I came across this sight by Googling, "white circles of light over Donegal", so I've decided to report what we seen also.

 

White circular light moving very strangely. Myself and my fiancé were looking at Jupiter through our amateur telescope when we noticed a very bright star directly above us, much brighter than Jupiter. We instantly thought it must be the space station as we had heard it was passing over Ireland a few weeks before, but as we watched the light it started to move slowly in a southerly direction towards the horizon.

 

Then moved to the west slightly, then east where it stopped and started zig-zagging to the south. It then stopped for say thirty seconds or longer, then moved back east again, zig-zagged again and stopped. It then moved steadily north and out of sight.

 

I actually managed to track it for a moment with the telescope and it just looked like a little circle of white light, much like Jupiter but much brighter. We are both perplexed by what we saw and I would have thought I was seeing things had my fiancé not also witnessed it.

 

I've never seen a UFO before, and I must say it didn't sit too well with me.

Bright Spherical UFO Shoots Across The Sky Then Stops Over Tallaght South Dublin County Ireland

Time:  1:15 a.m.

 

Dear Sir, my wife and I just witnessed an unidentified flying object in the sky over Tallaght a few moments ago. It was a bright spherical object in the sky. I assumed it was the tail light of a plane or something, but it was motionless in the sky. It was white and it started moving up and down.

 

Then it changed colour from white to green to red. It then shot across the sky and stopped again. It was travelling too fast to be a known plane/helicopter, and I know a plane cannot move up and down like that. Witnessed near Belgard Square, outside our apartment window at 01:15hr on 6 January 2012. I would like to know what it was, please.

Ball Shaped Object Emitting Colours At Avoca In Arklow County Wicklow Ireland

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We were sitting by the river Avoca in Arklow, County Wicklow. Looking north we noticed a speeding object on the low horizon tracking (northeast to southeast).

 

It seemed to be emitting colours, but they were near impossible to distinguish. The ball shape also seemed to rotate on itself and kept stopping to a standstill, but again it seemed hard to tell if it was stopping or zig zagging.

 

The object constantly emitted a very bright white light with afore mentioned colours inside it? It kept its altitude at all times, but then disappeared.

 

There was little to no cloud in the area. I have Googled reports online and it seems similar was seen in Scotland, Liverpool and Kent within one hour of what we saw in Ireland.

 

I have never filled in anything like this before as I have never seen anything like this before. I am a keen astronomer and it was neither a sat, fireball, conventional aircraft.
