Bright Green Colored Object Seen Over The Sunrise Highway In Eastern Suffolk UK

Date:  March 3, 2012
Time:  Approx: 8:00 p.m.

I definitely saw the same thing green object on 3/5/2010. I was driving westbound on Sunrise Highway in Eastern Suffolk at about 20:00 hours, when I saw a bright, green-colored object plummet from the sky, which then seemed to disappeared.

I saw this object as I was looking at what I believe to be Jupiter and Venus.

9 Or 10 Round Orange Lights Over Rendlesham Suffolk UK

Date:  October 17, 2009
Time:  About 21:30 and 21:50

I saw pretty much the same thing tonight (17/10/2009) between about 21:30 and 21:50, from my home in Rendlesham, Suffolk. 9 or 10 round orange 'blobs' appeared from the north, looking like Chinese lanterns, and then changed direction and flew off to the west.

I've never seen anything like it before. Weird!

50 To 60 Yellow Orange Glowing Objects Over Sudbury In Suffolk UK

Date: December 31, and after midnight January 1, 2011
Time: Evening and after midnight.

Hi Brian, I have just reported the ongoing incident to UFO WATCH and can only hope they are a bone fide group.

It is marvelous to see these UFO's which are not planes and not lanterns. Through binoculars we could see these yellowy-orange glowing objects, had a bright orange flame-shaped center that reminds me very much of a hot air balloon, only the speed of these 50 - 60 UFO's were moving much too fast to be hot air balloons. They are not hot air balloons.

Each UFO came from one of 4 points around Sudbury in Suffolk, and every single one, without exception, were heading precisely for the same point ... moving towards Little Cornard - we assume the TV mast - but maybe going further - towards Hadleigh or Ipswich.

The first 2 were spotted at 4:30pm, a further 6 or 7 spotted around 10:15pm, and from 1 minute past midnight, when I went to check if Sudbury had let off any fireworks, we watched at least 50 - 60, and possibly even in excess of 100 UFO's, flying non-stop for at least 49 minutes, and then beyond. Some were brighter than others and one in particular took my breath away when I looked at it through binoculars. They are truly beautiful.

Above the golden flame like centre, there was a red transparent crown, everything in perfect proportion that only occasionally looked disc-shaped. However, many of them passed in what we assumed were groups of three, but which my mother instantly said she thought were not three, but 1 single UFO. They were clearly evenly spaced and remained so, moving speedily toward their destination in spite of the fact that there was no wind.

Still there were UFO's that passed over in 1's and 2's as well. As soon as my mother suggested that the three were one, I could see just what she meant and it reminded me of a huge UFO that hovered over my house several years ago when I lived in Little Cornard - though very different than these.

They feel like bearers of great Hope and Peace for the coming important year of our ever evolving species.

Warm blessings to all your listeners.

Round Orange Object Hovering Over Mildenhall Suffolk England UK

Date: November 7, 2010
Time: 5:10 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Mildenhall, Suffolk, England.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My husband and I were driving through Mildenhall when we saw a round orange object hovering in the sky, it was clear and we could see the stars so it was obviously something different. We stopped at traffic lights and watched it hover. We then had to turn away from it, as we turned my husband was watching it and saw it slowly go straight up. We then lost sight of it and didn't see it again.

Bright Reddish Glowing Light Over Sudbury Suffolk UK

Date: September 21, 2010
Time: Approx: 8:00 p.m.

Hello, just after 8:00pm tonight I was walking along a street in Sudbury, Suffolk to meet a friend after a class and noticed a bright reddish glowing light moving in the sky. I was with two other people coming out of the class at the time, one of whom commented on the 'red star'. We just assumed it was an aeroplane, but then thought it odd that nothing was flashing, there was just the one constant light coming from this object.

Then, a second one followed behind it, identical. I parted from the people I was with at that point and continued on my way alone, only to be amazed to see coming up from my left another orangey-red glow, and then another, and then another, and another each one perfectly identical, all evenly spaced out and moving quite fast (at least I assume from their possible altitude, as they didn't look like they could be that close) all in the same direction in a line, silently.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing, it just looked so odd to see this line of lights moving above me and I couldn't explain them. I ran to my friend's house so he could see them too while they were still in the sky, we both stood outside and stared up amazed. We tried to focus on one and it seemed to be like a glowing orb. It reminded me of an elongated hot-air balloon, sort of globular above and pinky-red, with a more intense orangey glow at the bottom.

We looked towards the direction that they were heading but the ones that I had first seen had already disappeared. I'm not sure how many I had witnessed altogether, possibly about 7 or 8 (wish I'd counted!). It was brilliant to see something so weird, so when I got back home tonight I Googled straight away and found your site. And so it seems this is not the first time glowing orange discs have been seen over Sudbury!

I know people talk about weather balloons being mistaken as UFOs, but I don't know what they look like so I don't know if these could be such a thing, and I realize that they may well turn out to be something a lot less interesting than something extra-terrestrial. But they were beautiful, I'm glad I saw them, and I would love to know more - one way or another.

Best wishes.

Two Glowing Bright Orange Disc Over Sudbury Suffolk England UK

Date: June 5, 2010
Time: 10:00 p.m.

Dear Sir, I would consider myself a skeptic, though I suspect you receive many emails that begin with that line. However, I would like to share with you my own UFO sighting, as I was shocked when I saw on the website just how many sightings recently were similar to my own. I was also shocked after experiencing the sighting and hope that an explanation will be forthcoming.

I was driving home from work, on a road I know well and that does not have much traffic. I initially saw one glowing, bright light in the sky and assumed it was Venus, as it was not yet fully dark. As I continued, there was another light travelling close at a 45 degree angle. I then assumed they were aeroplanes landing at Stansted, then realized this was the wrong direction, given that they were travelling dead straight North.

It then occurred to me that they were far too close to each other to be aeroplanes and were glowing orange. Perhaps they were helicopters? I continued along the road and they were travelling in the opposing direction, allowing me to get a good view. When they passed me, my mouth was agape: Two glowing, bright orange lights. I focused my attention on one, and above it, I saw a pink-orange disc of light being projected from it.

It looked similar to when one observes the sun through clouds, translucent, yet glowing. I got the impression the object was disk-shaped, but couldn't say for certain. I am not sure if the disk of light was projected or reflected. I was so mesmerized by the disk of light, that I could not make any clear features of the object, or indeed the identical one flying close to it. Surely an earthly explanation to these sightings will eventually manifest itself? I hope so, to satisfy my curiosity! However, the experience was so unprecedented, that my mind has opened. Regards.

Orange Colored Object Observed Over Haleswoth Suffolk UK

Date: January 24, 2010
Time: 6:32 p.m.

Dear Sir, I have just been looking at a strange light in the sky ( 18.32 ) Sunday. It was orange in colour and a small amount of red. The reason I think this is not correct is because it is very cloudy tonight and can see nothing else, the object was not moving as I watched for nearly 2 mins, and then just disappeared. Do you know of any other sightings in my area.

Multiple Orange/Red Lights Seen Over Sudbury Suffolk UK

Date: January 1, 2010
Time: 12:30 - 1:20

Location of Sighting: Sudbury Suffolk.
Number of witnesses: 4
Number of Objects: 5 at a time but 3 sightings.
Shape of Objects: Orb-circular.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Upon driving home from a night out for New Years at a pub (3 of us had been drinking, but the person who spotted it first was sober. We also have several pictures of the UFOs).

About half way though our journey, the driver (Witness 1) saw 3 orange/red orbs. She then told us to take a look, so we did and then we noticed another 2 below the 3 at the top. They were slowly moving in the same general direction, although every so often one would disappear and appear somewhere else in the sky. After about 5 minutes they all completely disappeared (faded until they where not visible). Once we made it home and exited our car, we looked into the sky to see if their was more. After waiting for 5-10 minutes we spotted one and then suddenly their was another 4.

They came from all directions, but all heading one direction. They then formed a "line" and continued until they disappeared. After we went back into the house (thinking it was over) they appeared again and we viewed them from our back garden yet again. There was another 5 of the UFOs behaving in a similar manner. After these disappeared, we decided to sit in our living room thinking there would be no more, 10 minutes later I took one last look out of the window and there was 1 orb brighter than all the rest. It seemed so closer to us. It lasted a short period then disappeared again.

We have no idea what these were, but there is no way they were lanterns. They moved at super speed, but then seemed to "slow" and then speed again. They maintained a formation and displayed signs of intelligence. So even if these are not ET, they are using technology the public does not know about. The fact this has been seen in many country's and has not yet been on the news astounds me.

Leiston, Suffolk, England An Orange Red Light

Posted: May 13, 2009

Date: April 12, 2009
Time: Approx: 8:00 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 3
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Circular.
Weather Conditions: High cloud.

Description: Red/orange light in the sky, when viewed through binoculars appeared to have a black cloud around it that appeared to change shape. Watched the object for about 5 minutes before it ascended above the cloud layer. Apparently, this object had been seen two days earlier by one of the witnesses flying in a different direction. There was no sound from the object. It was definitely not an aircraft - we are at a loss to explain what we saw.

Lowestoft Suffolk England, UK UFO Illuminates And Was Hard On The Eyes

Posted: May 13, 2009

Date: May 8, 2009
Time: 10:40 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Lowestoft Suffolk England, UK.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was outside in my garden playing with my dog and chatting with my partner who was sitting down and waiting for our sons to come back outside to join us. When as usual, I was looking up at the stars and hoping to get a sighting as I normally do, when a bright star-like object drifted overhead slowly and silently. It was a silvery white in appearance. I said to my partner, look up and at that moment the object illuminated to an intense brilliance that almost hurt the eyes. The light seemed to take on a square shape while at full illumination and as it headed away, it quickly dimmed it's lights back to the original circular shape that we saw from the beginning. We were excited to have witnessed this and felt privileged to have what seemed to be acknowledgement or communication.

Additional Information:

Hello Brian, the UFO we saw was in sight for approximately one minute, which seemed longer. After being lit up so bright, it faded in luminosity and totally vanished. The sky had clear visibility and the UFO flew directly overhead. I have had sightings for years and had not felt inclined to report them as I once reported a sighting to the MOD and they dismissed it, even though fighter jets had flown in to intercept the UFO. My sighting was seen by many people from Lowestoft to Benacre. If you would like me to tell you about other sightings that I've seen, I would be happy to tell you. I have been able to photograph them now also. Thank you for responding.

Thank you to the witness for their sighting report.

Ipswich, Suffolk, England Two Bright Orange Red Lights

Posted: April 7, 2009

Date: December 24, 2008
Time: 6:15 - 6:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 3
Number of objects: 2
Shape of objects: Round
Weather Conditions: Slight cloud

Description: My 12 year old son was at my parents house, my father had taken the dog out. When he went back into the house, he told my mother and my son to come and have a look at some strange lights in the sky, they all went outside and saw two bright orange/red lights moving very slowly, there was a fair distance between the objects and there was no noise. My mother rang me and told me to go outside to see these strange lights but within this short time they had disappeared, so unfortunately I never got to see them. They went back into the house, my mother has a whistling kettle, which began to whistle without being switched on, which is very freaky. I wonder if anyone else in Ipswich saw these strange lights on Christmas Eve?

Horringer, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, England Ornage Balls (Photo)

Posted: January 24, 2009

Date: January 1, 2009
Time: 11:50 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 4
Shape of objects: Spheroid/blob.
Weather Conditions: High thin cloud

Description: Looking out of my window waiting for the fireworks to start to herald in the New Year when I saw a bright orange light moving up from the south. I thought it was a firework to start off with so went outside, when I got outside I could see two objects, a brighter one leading a fainter one, both looking like orange blobs (same colour as mercury vapour street lights). They both drifted in a SSE direction, at which point they appeared to circle one another once, then leading object became the trailing object & they both moved off to the south. Approximately 10 minutes the same thing happened again, couldn't tell if they were the same two objects or two different ones.

Objects appeared to be dimmer when moving away from me, one was very bright when moving towards me.

I was able to take digital photograph of objects which are barely visible in the image despite their brightness. Both objects appear to be orange spheres/blobs.

-----

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply:

Hi John

I'd already read through some of the other reports describing orange balls, ordinarily I'd have settled for that as the explanation, especially as it was New Years Eve. What was odd was how the objects moved, if they were balloons they would have moved generally in the direction of the prevailing wind, it was the weird 'follow my leader' thing they did before reversing their direction, that really stood out. Balloons, as I understand it, don't get to choose their direction of travel. I'm a sceptic to be honest, but I cant come up with an explanation either.

I've attached the photograph. The first is the actual one straight off my camera, not a lot to see as it was pitch black & as mentioned, they were much, much brighter visually, but there are two faint orange blobs which are the objects in question. The second picture is x400% enlargement of the blobs. Thanks.

Ipswich, Suffolk, England Five Bright Orange Lights

Posted: January 8, 2009

Date: January 1, 2009
Time: 00:15

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 5
Shape of objects: Lights.
Weather Conditions: High cloud cover.

Description: At approx 20 past midnight on new years day morning I was going to bed as I had to work the next day and I leaned out my window for a cigarette looking to the south I saw two bright orange lights several miles away the height of the objects was at least two thousand feet the where travelling from the east towards the south at took approx 5 minutes to disappear from view. While the lights where in motion the appeared to leap frog each other, one would travel a certain distance slow down to a near halt and the other light would take the lead the this would be repeated. The lights then appeared to climb slowly out of view into the southern sky. This was repeated by two more sets of lights who appeared in the east as the first set where disappearing and finally by one light, the entire event lasted approx 15 minutes. I believe the full set of lights appeared again in a circle formation approx 5-10 minutes later but can not be certain of this as my view of the return was partially blocked by trees.

Edmunds, Suffolk England Unidentified Flying Object

Posted: September 28, 2008

Date: September 3, 2008
Time: 9:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 3
Number of objects: 1

Shape of objects: Looked like a boomerang shape according to my Mum, I thought it looked exactly like what you see in films or TV - a flying saucer shape, it had a circular dome on top. Mildenhall Estate/Howard Estate, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, United Kingdom.
Weather Conditions: Dark, some clouds, a little windy but dry, low temperature.

Description: This U.F.O. could easily be mistaken for a bright star, but observing the other stars in the sky it didn't look like it.

It was in one spot above houses, it was spinning and tilting, the lights changed colour: Red, Green Blue & possibly Purple, also a triangular/laser looking light beam coming from the circular dome on top.

I tried taking a picture but it started moving about, I was unable to get it in picture or video even though me and my Mum could see it through binoculars and to the naked eye, I have a very good mobile camera, I had it in the shot and was leaning against something to steady my hand but the object was moving. It kept disappearing and re-appearing in the exact same spot.

Through binoculars I could see the outline of the shape -- it was curved, a laser like beam emitted from it and then along the bottom edge of the 'flying saucer' shape I saw little Reddish/Yellow spotlights and then a few more of the same lights were sent out in an array.

It is the first time I have seen this sort of thing.

Walton, Felixstowe, Suffolk UK A Fiery Orange Object

Posted: August 22, 2008

Date: August 2, 2008
Time: 10:00 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Spherical.
Weather Conditions: Clear, windless, dry.

Description: My partner happened to glance out of our kitchen window and said "What's that?" We went outside to see an orb of a fiery orange colour travelling in a north easterly direction. I would estimate it's height to be approx that of a police helicopter. Possibly 1500-3000 feet? It was in my opinion travelling at the speed of a fast helicopter, nowhere near as fast as a plane. The light was all one colour and appeared to pulsate by lengthening or emitting light in the direction of travel. The object's size I would guess at about the size of a family car.

Also, similarly to many other reports it emitted no discernable sound. The sighting lasted around 1.5 to 2 mins, no photo's were taken as this was the very first occasion my phone had too little memory. I had recently however taken lots of pictures and put lots of music onto my phone so am not attributing that event to whatever it was we saw... The picture in the East Anglian Daily Times of the sighting in Foxhall Road was very similar to what we saw also. Hope this
helps to unravel the mystery.
