Full Description of event/sighting: I was looking out through my window when I saw three orange spheres in a triangle formation that I thought was a firework at first. This formation then proceeded to come towards my house and was absolutely silent. I ran out to my garden in time to see the three spheres pass over and disappear, still silently.

RAF Akrotiri, Cyprus An Enormous UFO Shaped Like The Giant Cross Of Lorraine

Location of Sighting: RAF Akrotiri, Cyprus.

Full Description of event/sighting: Cyprus UFO Report
It was in the evening of a day in late May 1974 although I cannot be sure of the exact date. I was a Squadron Leader at the RAF station at Akrotiri in Cyprus.
I was standing with my friend and fellow officer, Flight Lieutenant (name removed), in the garden of my married quarter on base and we were discussing the plans for an RAF Akrotiri mountaineering expedition to Iran. It was a moonlit night with a clear sky and no clouds.
As we were speaking a rather strange looking craft appeared in the dark sky to the East. It was heading towards us and appeared to have a very large wing span. It was moving at about the same cruising speed as a modern passenger aircraft.
As it came nearer we could see that it was unlike any aircraft we had ever seen. It became clear that it was in the shape of a giant cross of Lorraine and flying in the direction of the top of the cross. It is difficult to estimate its altitude with no reference points but my estimation is at least 10,000 feet.
In size it was enormous and probably at least ten times bigger than any aircraft in service at that time. The fuselage appeared a grey-black colour in the moonlight and there were no lights showing. It appeared to be constructed from a long thin fuselage and two cross members of similar width towards the forward end of the fuselage - hence the two-barred cross of Lorraine shape. The forward cross member was shorter than the rear cross member. The majority of the fuselage length was to the rear of the rear cross member.
The craft was generating no noise and certainly no jet engine noise but from each end of the rear cross member a long plume of blue and yellow flame was emitted. The plumes were nearly as long as the rest of the fuselage. The plumes could imply the craft was in the atmosphere and burning some form of fuel.
The craft was travelling in an East to West direction parallel with the Southern coast of Cyprus. However, since Akrotiri is a narrow peninsula most of its track would have been over the sea.
We watched it overfly us with amazement and then saw it accelerate at enormous speed and disappear from view.
Our immediate action was to dash inside my married quarter and call Air Traffic Control at the base but they had not seen it and had no trace on their radar. The following day I could not find anyone else who had witnessed this strange sight.
Our first reaction was not that we had seen a UFO! But this was during the time of the Cold War and in those days we had no Internet to research the spacecraft that had been built. We assumed the craft was a space station built by the Americans or the Russians and that it was probably burning up after re-entering the Earth's atmosphere. Certainly it looked like a space station and could have been a mother ship.
However, over the course of time it was evident from further investigation that there were no spacecraft of comparable size and structure around in 1974. Indeed it was much larger than all space stations which have been in orbit since then.
So the deduction is that what we saw was a UFO and I now wish to record our observation for posterity. However, as a personal opinion, I do not feel that this was a UFO manned by extra-terrestrial beings. Rather I take the view that what we saw in 1974 was a snapshot of a future time and that the craft was manmade by our successors in the future.
This would imply time travel but according to a number of websites on the Internet (eg http://nostradamus.time-loops.net/UFO.htm) it may be possible for future space travellers to travel back in time using science and technology which are currently unkown today.

Description: I was outside facing east and the object was traveling North. Bright orange/yellow in colour, I waited for it to pass so I could see tail lights or other indication of aircraft but the colour did not change and there was no sound. It seemed to be at the same height and speed as a helicopter (definitely not though). My friend lives 1/2 mile away reports she saw the same thing at the same time. It did not deviate in direction or speed, was definitely not aircraft and too large for air balloon. I am a skeptic so what on earth was it?!

Description: Orange light (same as street lights) silent, going from west to east at about 10.000 feet, faster than helicopter but slower than jet,followed by another about 2 miles behind on same path, me my wife and son watched them for 3 or 4 min's as they came from west horizon almost over our house going east then seem to accelerate very fast and gain altitude Orange light seem at front only.We live near airport so are used to aircraft of all sorts but have never seen any thing like these.
TV/Radio: Haven't seen any reports by media.

Shape of objects: Circular lights.
Weather Conditions: Evening, sun setting with orange light and a rainbow.
Description: It was around the 5:30 pm working at Exhibhition Street, when I was told by my work mates that they can see a rainbow from the nearby window. So from where I was sitting I looked outside the other window to sight the rainbow. I was looking towards MCG. And suddenly I saw two orange bright lights whisk past in the sky. They went by very fast and covered the distance very quickly for any airplane. From what I could see it wasn't a reflection of anything. It looked pretty much a object flying at very high speed.
I am still very surprised at what I saw. So I told my work mate who was standing nearby the window about this phenomenon and the place where I saw it. And as I was pointing to the area, one more bright orange light thing whisked past at a very high speed. Looking at it, even she was perplexed.
I am sure, what I saw was an Flying Object, that cannot be classified as an airplane or rocket. It would be good to know if anyone else saw it. It's the first time I have seen a UFO, bit scary and a bit exciting.

Description: My husband and I saw 5 huge lights hovering above the caravan where we were staying. They were so bright, we couldn't see behind them. There were 2 lights at the top and three lights spaced out below. They stayed for 30 seconds approx and they abruptly disappeared. There was NO sound at all, just the huge bright lights. The caravan was facing the sea, so the lights were facing in from the sea, towards land. We drove quickly around to a higher vantage point, but saw and heard nothing.

Barnstaple North Devon Bright Object Splits Into Three (Photos)

Hi again Brian, At about 10.10 PM tonight, I went into our bedroom to draw the curtains over ready for bed, when a very intensely bright light in the sky caught my eyes. At first, I thought it must be a star, however, it appeared to become bigger and brighter and then split into (3) objects. I rushed into my room here where I keep my camera and to my great annoyance the batteries needed replacing ! I yelled to my husband, to ask if he had any spare batteries and thankfully, he did after a few minutes finding them!
Anyway, I go down stairs, thinking that the objects would by now be gone, they were still there. Having down loaded the photos, I noticed that the date on the camera was still set at last year's date, my husband then set my camera to the correct date and time. As you'll notice that some of the pictures have today's date on and the others don't.
I think that you'll find the photos interesting Brian, when I enlarged them. I could see clearly that the object had indeed formed other smaller objects.

Time: 4:00 p.m and 4.20.p.m. 10.30 p.m Saturday.
Location of Sighting: Directly above the house.
Number of witnesses: 3
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Sphere.
Full Description of event/sighting: Myself, husband and daughter sat in the garden facing the house. I saw a slow moving round pearl like object directly above the house. I told my husband and daughter who also saw it as it seemed to turn slightly as it went into light cloud. Rushed in for the camera and started to film in the hope it would reappear.However after about thirty seconds I gave up as it was not seen again. At about 4.20 another spherical white object suddenly appeared a short distance away from the house travelling from north to south. This would be over the A5 north Dunstable
Saturday 2nd August 2008. 10.30.p.m. Again north Dunstable, north to south bright flash, several seconds later another bright flash. A third flash was seen by both of us, and then nothing.
I saw three objects on May 7th from the garden
My husband captured an object on film in July 2005 from the garden, came quite fast across the sky and stopped, then slowly fades away. A small apex can been seen on the top of the dark object.
We have seen many UFOs over the last few years from our garden and at Ivinghoe Beacon, some of which are reported here.
I would like to get in contact with any other people from Dunstable who have seen these objects.

Northeast Of Maryvale QLD, Australia Sparks Exploded Behind Object

Time: 7:20 p.m.
Hi there, At 7.20pm Australian EST on 21 July 2008, looking north-east of Maryvale QLD we spotted a bright light larger than the largest visible star moving from South to North with a flowing tail. Three seconds after sighting a ring of orange sparks exploded from behind the object and its colour changed from bright white to electric pale blue. At the point of explosion of sparks the object slowed noticeably and continued on for only two seconds before it disappeared. This is not the first object of this type to appear and disappear in similar fashion in this vicinity. The object disappeared in the vicinity of Mt. Mistake, which is west of Toogoolawah and east north east of Maryvale. For overseas readers, this area is in the Great Dividing Range west of Brisbane Queensland and east south east of Toowoomba and east north east of Warwick Queensland. Regards.

Vienna Austria Over The 13th District In The Western Area Triangle Shaped UFO

Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Triangle.
Weather Conditions: Clear Sky.
Description: I did a walk with my daughter to a small lake to feed ducks and the sky was complete cloudless. You could see for 100km without a single cloud. I was looking up into the sky and saw a triangle shaped object appearing from nowhere and moving from North to South at about 200-300 Meters high and with a speed approximately about 400-600Kmh. It was very shiny at the bottom and looked like glowing but very bright just like if I would look into the sun. It was passing by without any noise or smoke trail. and just vanished after 5 seconds without changing altitude or direction.
As I live my whole Live in Austria and we don't have anything close like a area 51 and our military has just old Saab military aircrafts and now a few of the Eurofighter I can say it was none of them because if they pass by you would hear them from a great distance. Even if this was a jet flying over the sound barrier it would make a noise after passing by but there was nothing at all.

Description: We went into our front garden to get our cat in and noticed a bright light in the sky, it was a clear night with what appeared to be a full moon. The light was roundish in shape and very bright orange with slight green to the edges it was moving at a reasonable pace , with no sound, we did not think of it as a plane or helicopter as it was too big and faster and unlike anything we have seen. I went in to get my father to come and see it and in that time my partner stayed watching the object. It was heading west then changed direction to south picked up speed and faded into the distance, but from the time I went in and came out all of less than 1 min it had changed so fast. I am really certain we saw a UFO I cant explain it, it was so bright and large and faded so quick and the way it changed direction so fast! I cant explain it.

Thames Ditton Surrey UK Two Round A Shinny Objects

Shape of objects: Perfectly round and shiny.
Weather Conditions: Overcast and very high cloud but blue sky behind the clouds.
Description: I am not sure if it was certainly a UFO but it did not look like anything i had ever seen before and cannot explain what it was.
I was in my back garden at about 8pm and just coming over the top of my house I saw a red round object, I could not tell you the size of it bit looked quite large, there were no flashing lights or noises coming from it at all . When it came over my house, it was only about 100 foot high so i got a good look at it. It was shiny red and perfectly round and was traveling quite fast (but not too fast) and traveling straight up into the sky towards the high clouds... i watched it for a second or two and called my husband out and by the time he saw it, it was nearing the clouds and just went straight through the clouds and disappeared.(bearing in mind that there were no low clouds that night, the clouds were very, very high in the sky)
The second time we saw another one was about 45 minutes later and we were both out in the driveway and coming from a completely different direction, we saw it again but this time it was traveling straight across the sky (rather that going straight up into the clouds) and this one was shiny silver and traveling at the same speed as the one we saw previous. Again, no flashing lights or noises. We tried to film it but lost it when it disappeared out of sight behind a huge tree and didn't see it again after that.
I just want to know if anyone else saw anything that night or any ideas of what they may have been....????
TV/Radio: I did listen to Radio Jacqui for a while after that but no mention of it but don't know if anything was mentioned after i turned the radio off.

Full Description of event/sighting: After about a year of my family ribbing me because I had seen a UFO and thought I was mad I am glad to hear that my daughter along with her husband and his parents have seen what they would say was a UFO and even better than that she has caught it on video. I have not seen my daughter yet, but she explained to me on the phone that whilst they were in the garden putting my grandson to bed in his new tent her husband looked up and shouted look what's that, she immediately turned the camera sky wards and video'd it for a while. As soon as I have more information I will get in touch.

Full Description of event/sighting: Myself an two friends were playing football late and were just about to go in when my friend noticed the first orb traveling about cloud height silent and fast moving east to west in a straight line. About a min later it was joined by another and then two more. No noise or vapor. Constant speed, the rear two orbs caught up with the leaders and grouped. we could make them out just as they seemed to drop down in altitude as they disappeared from view. The sighting was witnessed by lots more people and an article appeared in our local paper the Gloucestershire Echo.

Ferndown Dorset UK A Dark Cigar Shaped UFO

Weather Conditions: Clear sky, stars and moon.
Description: A very dark cigar shape, first thought to be a cloud (only one in sky)faded away within 10 to 15 seconds,reappeared approx 30 seconds later but now as boomerang shape with tips slightly angled down (captured on 1080p video)observed for several minutes,then it faded away within 5 seconds.As it was dark and the lux on the video isn't great it doesn't show as clear what we could see with the naked eye.

Description: My eldest son of 18 walked in the back door and said come and look at this in the sky. Myself and my two other children ran outside and we could see a bright orange light coming towards us in a curve line from the left. We could see 3 planes in the sky and it looked nothing like them, no flashing lights, no sound and it seemed lower in the sky. As it came towards us it started to turn back to the left and started to fade as it seemed to rise higher. We watched as it turned to a tiny dot in the sky. It looked as if it went to high to be an airplane. I tried recording it on my mobile phone but it only came out as a tiny dot on the screen.

Shape of objects: Orange ball shape, one of the witnesses said it looked like a plane on fire but with no visible shape.
Weather Conditions: Clear with some cloud
Description: A bright orange object was seen moving from the West to the East at a constant speed. We could hear what sounded like distant thunder or a repeating sonic boom.We observed the object for 1-2 Minutes and then it faded and disappeared. Shortly after (3-4 mins) we saw an Airplane making its approach to Bristol Airport this we could clearly identify as a plane. The object and its sound I have never heard or seen anything like before.

Description: Object was a ball of light, moving just beneath the water, very close to shore, firth of forth. Objects color was white. As I watched from my window the object moved slowly, a passenger aircraft then flew over, very low and the pilots tilted the craft, very unusual for this flight path, but the plane did not turn, the pilots could have also been watching the object, I do believe that they where as they would clearly have an excellent view. Queenstown, New Zealand A Disk Shaped UFO

Shape of objects: Discus shape, with angular features (not smooth).
Weather Conditions: overcast, very cold,
Description: We saw lights hovering right next to a hill that we look out to from our lounge. There were around 10 lights in total, although as the visibility wasn't ideal it was hard to count as they tended to blur from the hovering motion. The lights slightly illuminated the shape of the object which was not entirely smooth, but it was a discus form overall. It hovered for around 4 minutes then the lights disappeared, then they reappeared after about 5 minutes. The object then shot directly upward very rapidly. We didn't see it again. Moseley, Birmingham UK 13 Round Orange Objects

Number of objects: 13
Shape of objects: Round
Weather Conditions: Slightly cloudy, light breeze.
Description: We were sitting in the back garden. We were called out to the front of our house by our neighbor. In the sky we saw 3 objects in a line all travelling in the same direction with 1 object following. They all flew in the same direction until they passed out of sight. Shortly afterwards we saw more flying through the sky following the same flight path. The neighbors had been watching others flying before they called us out. They all moved at a constant speed, height and direction. They made no noise. They were glowing orange globelike things.

Melbourne Niddrie East Keilor, Australia A Large White Semi Circular UFO

Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Semi - circular.
Weather Conditions: Clear, no cloud.
Description: Driving home, noticed a large white semi-circular object in the sky I had to do a double take. It was not a cigar shaped or blimp shaped. Got out of the car and watched for approx 10 mins was hovering along south ward it could not had been too high up, but it was hard to judge scale & height at which it appeared, was appearing in the west to south west of Niddrie, I mentioned this shortly after the fact to a friend and they mentioned that their father had seen it too. Could never explain or forget it.

Hull East Riding Of Yorkshire, England Star Like Objects

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1 then 2 came behind.
Shape of objects: Star like ball.
Weather Conditions: clear night
Description: Thought it was the helicopter or plane but there was no sound and it was travelling too slow. It wasn't a star, stars don't fly over our house like that, all I can say it was a bright object which then was followed by two further objects which seemed to turn into one object, then it disappeared over the house.
TV/Radio: Not as yet, but I've been looking all day, someone else must have seen it at least.
