3 Red Lights In A Triangular Formation In The Sky Over Sligo Ireland

Date:  December 31, 2011
Time:  Midnight.

Hello, I would like to describe my sighting experience of the 31th December 2011. I was living in Ireland last year, in Dublin for the New Year I was alone and I choose a hotel in Sligo.

I have to say that I was keeping myself informed about the aliens and UFO information with an Italian researcher since all year because of some of my dreams.

I went in this hotel in Sligo on the 31th of December and close to the midnight I noticed a sudden interruption of the internet connection, meanwhile my head was having interference as a radio.

The thing made me suspicious and I went to the window. At precise midnight of the New Year I saw 3 red lights in the sky in a triangular formation and I could see a shape of a ship.

I was scared, I tried to take a picture with my camera, but it was far away. Then the lights disappeared in an intermittent way.

I jumped back fast on the bed and I checked on my computer on Google, and immediately found some information about other sightings  that appeared in Sligo.

Then after a while, I could hear a noise similar to a strong wind and a big puff of air came inside the room from the window (even if the window's glasses were closed).

That's my full experience that I preferred to archive in order so i don't become crazy!

Circular UFO Flying Low Near Sligo Town Ireland

A circular object flying low near Sligo. It was only visible for no more than 20/30 seconds, flying vertically fast with a white misty glow surrounding it. It was a clear sky.

Bright Red Light Over Sligo Town Ireland

Date: December 14, 2010

Time: 8:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Sligo Town Ireland.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: This is my third sighting of this object. I go out for a cigarette at night, once I get the kids to sleep. I was standing at my front door, the city is to my southeast and I generally look in that direction when I'm out. As I was looking over the town I noticed a bright red light come up from the east at an angle towards the sky.

It stopped dead over the town for about four minutes, burning a really bright red and it was a cloudy and almost foggy night. I knew it couldn't be a helicopter as it sat so still in the one point of the sky, at this point I had called for my partner who saw it sitting in the sky. Then after that time it began to make a decent straight down and as it did it faded and I lost sight of it.

Usually I wouldn't think too much of these things, but this is the third time I have seen this object. The first time on the 31st of October, then on the 4th of November and now the 14th of December. Each time it was more or less the same, would climb into the sky, sit and then go away, however, last night it was really glowing red and really visible whereas beforehand it was not as bright even though conditions would have been clearer.
