UFO/Lights Seen Zig Zagging And Hovering Between Borris In Ossory And Roscrea Ireland

Date:  February 2011
Time:  Evenings.

I have seen the same, and I’m in Laois area.

It’s in a westerly direction from me and seems to zig zag, and hover over ground somewhere between Borris in Ossary and Roscrea.

It moves in a pendulum motion or seems to hop sometimes, I can’t really pin point location or I’d be down seeing what it is.

Zig Zagging Light Over Glasgow Scotland

We just some some zig zagging over out house in Glasgow Scotland. It was no plane or star as it was a constant light and zig zagged back and forth. It was so freaky.

White Circular Light Starts Zig Zagging Over Lifford Co Donegal Ireland

Time:  20:30 - 20:50

 

Hi, I came across this sight by Googling, "white circles of light over Donegal", so I've decided to report what we seen also.

 

White circular light moving very strangely. Myself and my fiancé were looking at Jupiter through our amateur telescope when we noticed a very bright star directly above us, much brighter than Jupiter. We instantly thought it must be the space station as we had heard it was passing over Ireland a few weeks before, but as we watched the light it started to move slowly in a southerly direction towards the horizon.

 

Then moved to the west slightly, then east where it stopped and started zig-zagging to the south. It then stopped for say thirty seconds or longer, then moved back east again, zig-zagged again and stopped. It then moved steadily north and out of sight.

 

I actually managed to track it for a moment with the telescope and it just looked like a little circle of white light, much like Jupiter but much brighter. We are both perplexed by what we saw and I would have thought I was seeing things had my fiancé not also witnessed it.

 

I've never seen a UFO before, and I must say it didn't sit too well with me.

Zig Zagging Object Over County Donegal Ireland

Hello there, recently my partner and I were in County Donegal with his 5 year old daughter. We went out for a walk, not very late at night. We all saw (all three of us) what you described, to the point of, the little one freaked out and started screaming.

 

My partner and I on the other hand, were totally in awe of this! Can you tell me anymore.

Orange Glow From Unknown Object Zig Zags Across The Sky Over Belhar Cape Town South Africa

Time: Approx: 7:15 p.m.

Hi, I live in Belhar, just near the airport. Naturally, I witness aircrafts all the time and we're quite used to it here.

The date was 22/07/2011, around 7:15pm, I was in the back fetching the clothes from the washing line when I happened to look up. The sun had set a while ago, so the orangey glow was almost done. The stars were out, no clouds. perfect form mapping constellations.

That was then I noticed a moving star from the horizon. Of course, there being no clouds, there was no possibility of it being cloud movement distorting vision.

This star was seriously moving. So I chalked it down to perhaps a satellite, since aircrafts are distinct.

Then it wobbled, satellites have fixed orbits. It started zigzagging in its trajectory, zooming forwards, then back disappearing then reappearing. You have to understand, this 'star' was quite high up, so when it shone a light, like a beacon of sorts, as though it were a flashlight just inches from my eyes, it was understandingly fascinating.

The 'star' did one of its disappearing act and didn't reappear again.

Zig Zagging Star Like Objects Seen Over Lurgan Co Armagh Ireland

Time: Evening.

Hi Brian, I just read your report of a Zig Zag object you saw in February. I saw two separate star like objects move swiftly across the entire sky together, in an abrupt zig zag fashion in the winter of 1965. I was living in Lurgan. Co Armagh at the time.

The reason I found your story was because I am presently doing a short write up about it together with a separate incident in 1960 and I wanted to see if anyone had seen something similar.

UFO Zig Zags Around In The Sky Over Midlands Ireland

Date: February 26, 2011
Time: 9:56 p.m.

My location: Midlands, Ireland, near where the borders of Counties Carlow, Kilkenny and Laois meet. Date: 26 February 2011, Time: 21:56 Gmt.

What I saw: In the sky to the south, a light which at first glance could be mistaken for a bright star. The difference is, it moves in a zig-zag path, to right, drops down, zig-zags to left, pauses. That was an hour ago.

Now, an hour later, I thought it was gone, but it had moved a good distance to the right. I watched for a while to see if it was the same object or a star this time. It is the same object, zig-zagging slowly back in the direction of left, though still in the southern sky. Planes don’t zig-zag as far as I’m aware. There are no other stars visible to me.

I offer this report that it might verify someone else’s. And you’ll have to take my word that I have no alcohol taken.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I went onto my balcony to have a cigarette and just happened to look up. I saw a what looked like a star and I noticed it moving. It was fairly cloudy and overcast, however not windy at all. The star moved in a very slight zig-zagged forward motion through a gap in the clouds and then through another further north from the last.

It had no trail and looked bright just like a star. I live not far from an airport and see planes go past all the time and this was far too far away to have been a plane. I am perplexed to say the least. I am searching the internet for some explanation which is how I found this site. It is now too overcast to see anything but it was moving too quickly for it to still be there. What on earth was it?

Object Zig Zagged In The Sky Over Higham Alfreton UK ?

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Previous report was Friday 3rd September 2010, OK again last night Friday 17th September. This time I'm 100% sure it is the very same light, but different to last time we saw it at around 8-830 p.m.

This time it started in a west position about 9 o'clock, it then moved east. It stayed west for over an hour then around 10:00pm it was at a 10 o'clock in the sky, zig zaging again. I woke at 3:30am and went to the toilet and saw it above us about 1 o'clock position. I think in this case there is a genuine explanation and I really would like to know what this is.

I've seen a triangle formation of lights maneuver like nothing I've seen before, then shoot off at great speed, but that was many years ago. I'm not looking to explain that or 3 other strange sightings, as I don't think anybody could explain those things, but this is too routine to be unexplainable. I forgot to mention my Dad and my son saw this.

Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England UFO Zig Zags Across The Sky

Weather Conditions: Calm,clear and still night.

Description: I saw a red light approaching from the west. As it got nearer and larger it looked like a fireball coming through the sky then seemed to flatten out. It was pinky to red around the edges and yellow in the middle. The colours seemed to shimmer. As it moved quickly across the sky it did a zig zag and then headed east. I watched it for about one minute 30sec. It made no sound there was no trail behind it. It was about 4/5 miles high.

Full Description of event/sighting: We saw this bright white object - no sound, moving extremely fast in a straight line, then zig zagged and disappeared. It was about 15 to 20 seconds. The object was not a plane and not a shooting star. It was high up.
