Hi Brian, I have sent you an email with all photos of Unidentified Flying Objects – Kempton Park – 06 October, 2012, last night.

Kempton Park, Johannesburg, near JHB international.

They were silent, all are bright orange in colour, moving very slowly, there might have been more before, 4 sets of 3, one of them did two ninety degree turns (right, left), photos came out very well.

When I have time, I will scale up and work out distance from me and how big they are. If they were a km from me then I would say that that could be too far.

The original photos are still in the camera, the ones attached, are before zooming in, and pasting, i.e. time and picture number recorded and in camera.

4 Red/Orange Lights Over PTA And Disappeared Near The Wonderboom Airport South Africa

Hi Brian, also saw 4 strange red-orange lights over PTA tonight. The time was 20:00 hours. The Lights were in an "L" shaped formation and disappeared towards the west, near the Wonderboom Airport.

 

Approximately 10/15 degrees above horizon. What do you think, what did the lights look like you saw? How many lights did you see? Strange indeed.

11 Bright Orange Lights Over The Johannesburg International Airport South Africa

Time:  Approx: 7:00 p.m.

 

Good morning, I counted 11 bright orange lights last night (14 Nov 2011) around about 7:00 p.m. moving in the same direction. We also thought that it was aircraft, but they where moving close together and to many at once to be aircraft.

 

We then saw an aircraft taking of from the airport that moved in the opposite direction. We could hear this aircraft, but the orange lights where silent.

 

What was that in the sky.

 

According to other reports, same where seen Friday, Saturday and now Sunday night. Scary, very scary stuff.

Approximately 20 Orange Lights Seen Coming From Glasgow Scotland Airport

Date: December 31, 2010 and January 1, 2011

Time: 11:00 p.m. and 00.30

Hello Brian, I seen many of these orbs tonight between 10:00pm and midnight. At first I thought maybe it was a plane, but it looked like a flare flying across the sky, this was about 11:00pm on the 31st December 2010, at around 00.30 I began to walk home. The route I had taken took me along the Firth and Clyde canal near to Firhill stadium and so I had an excellent view of the whole of the west end and the south side.

I must have seen at least 20 in the sky all at once spread out all over the city, some where closely following others, they where the same thing I seen earlier, they made no sound, but seemed to be moving as fast as an aero plane or a helicopter.

They appeared to be coming from the west from the horizon beyond Glasgow airport. What you said you seen I thought that I seen one or two in the distance loosing their illumination and begin to glide down towards the Summerston area. It was all a bit strange.

Large Orange Flame Colored Object Above Glasgow Scotland Airport

Location of Sighting: Above Glasgow Scotland Airport.

Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Looking from our back window, my wife suddenly said there was a strange orange light in the sky. I attended and noted one large orange flame colored object approaching from the south west direction. I opened the window, but could hear no sound. The object then changed direction to north and flew parallel to our house for approximately 3 minutes. On closer inspection, I noted a second smaller object about, if you imagine a clock, 25 minutes to the hour, below the the larger, travelling on a parallel course. The total sighting lasted about 4 minutes.

Dark Triangular UFO And Lights Over Glasgow Scotland Prestwick International Airport

Hi, I noticed your blog spot and thought maybe this would be of interest to you.

I worked in a local private golf club, situated next to Prestwick International Airport. On the night of 25th June around 10:00pm I was taking a cigarette break outside with a member from the club when I looked into the sky. We watched a bright orange light moving fast from the northeast towards the west. It was moving against the wind that night, so we ruled out the possibility of it being a Chinese lantern as it was too big, moving too fast and also against the wind. We were bemused and said nothing further when we went back in the building.

The following night I was standing alone and due to what happened on the previous night I looked up into the sky. I actually shivered at what I saw. There was a dark triangular, shiny shaped object that was flying overhead at a low height. There was no sound and it was coming form the south and flew right over my head and headed north. I was quite annoyed at this time that no-one was there to witness this too.

A week later, I was waiting for a lift by a local taxi firm home from work when I looked at the sky again. I noticed two bright white lights following each other. Again, coming from the south and heading north. They seemed to be flying at a very high speed and I actually made the taxi driver get out his cab and watch with me. They then just disappeared.

On all of these occasions the sky was clear and their was only light winds. I searched the net for anyone that had noticed these lights as I was intrigued and came across your site.

These have not been my only sightings. Just before I had my son in June 1999, I lived further from the airport than I do now and was lying in bed when something caught my eye at my window. I saw what I can only describe as dancing white lights that were quite a distance from the earth. They moved very fast and seemed to move in what I can only describe as formation. They did this for around 20 minutes before shooting straight up into the sky. This was around 1:30am and has stuck in my mind for what seems forever due to the ridicule I received from telling the story.

There definitely seems to be some unexplained happenings in the area and I do hope this is of interest to you.

Orange Lights Around Teesside Airport UK

Hello Brian, just another sighting of those odd orange lights again. This time the were heading towards Teesside airport area. They didn't seem to be going as fast this time, also they were flashing as if they were passing through clouds, but was no clouds that night (Wednesday 14th July).Again the time was 10.30pm as usual.

Orange Balls Of Light Flying From Northolt Airport UK

Time: Approx: 10:30 p.m.

I saw the same 5 orange lights around the same time, 10.30 ish on Sunday 27th June 2010 with 2 other witnesses. These orange ball of lights appeared to be flying away from Northolt airport in an easterly direction clearly crossing paths with aircraft traffic.

The last 2 orange lights passed very close to a civil aircraft which we could distinctly tell by the aircrafts flashing lights. I cannot imagine for one minute that the pilots of this aircraft would have a clear view of the 2 orange balls.

The 5 orange balls of light appeared to be flying intelligently in a controlled flight-path. I have seen the orange lanterns on many occasions and I never thought for one minute this could be an explanation of what myself and 2 witnesses saw. At the same time, my thoughts were these were fighter aircraft flying in formation my question would be do fighter aircraft have flashing lights like civil aircraft as these flying orange balls of light never flashed for one moment.

Five Orange Flames Like Objects Towards Heathrow Airport

Date: June 27, 2010

Time: Approx: 10:30 p.m.

Sunday 27th June 2010 – seen from Slough area at approx 2230hrs towards Heathrow Airport direction.

This evening I could see the planes taking off etc., around the Heathrow area and then I saw five orange flames, silent, one after the other all travelling in the same direction and then vere off from heading North to then head East. About 20 mins later I saw two more travelling one after the other travelling in the same directions but they were slightly more to the West.

My wife and son saw them all as well. They were NOT chinese lanterns as they were all travelling I the same diretions and then changed direction. They were travelling quite fast and silently, I could hear the planes in the distance, but no sound from these orange flames.

I used a pair of powerful binoculars but could not make any definition other than a ball of orange flame; it was very strange.

Anyone have any idea what these were please?

Orange Light In The Sky Over Erskine Close To Glasgow Airport

Time: Approx: 6:55 p.m.

Hi Brian, While walking home from work on the 14th February I saw an orange light in the sky. I watched it for a few minutes as it moved slowly in a small circle and then climbed up through the cloud and out of view. At first I thought it might be a helicopter, but there was no sound from it?

The orange colour seemed a bit odd too, I'm used to seeing helicopters buzzing about here in Erskine searching for people who jump off the bridge (a common occurrence) they never glow orange and always make a lot of noise. (The helicopters I mean not the jumpers) It's strange as Erskine lies close to Glasgow Airport. I wonder if it was picked up by the tower? The time must have been about 6.55pm. Regards.

Orange Colored Objects Seen Over Manchester UK Airport

Well as I was leaving my aunts house yesterday with my family. We looked up in too the sky and there was about 10 or more flying objects in the sky. They were orange they did not make any sound so it could not of been an airplane or anything like that. I have even got video evidence as I looked at them after a few minutes they shot off up in to the sky it looked though as they were directing towards Manchester Airport. I don't understand how they must not have seen it.

20 To 30 Bright Orange Lights Against The Flight Path To Birmingham Airport UK

Location of Sighting: Rear south facing garden.

Shape of Objects: Unclear shape, circular if anything.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: At midnight on New Years Eve my wife was looking out of our patio window at our neighbors fireworks, when she noticed some strange moving orange lights in the night sky. We looked at them closely and noticed there were more and more of them coming from a westerly direction and they flew directly over our house. They were bright orange looked quite large and made no noise, we tried looking at them through our binoculars but they were just a blur.

We presumed at first they were planes, but there was no flashing warning lights and no noise and they were going directly against the fly path to Birmingham airport. We put them down to being something to do with new years eve's celebrations but the orange lights just kept coming over our house for about another 40 minutes; and then more startlingly, was whilst we were looking at the sky we noticed that much further away was a streak of white light that was travelling in a straight line over the M6 motorway moving at about 5 times the speed that a conventional plane would!

All in all it was quite a surreal experience and we are not sure what we witnessed but we hope they come again tonight because they are worth seeing again.

Near Chevin/Bramhope Next To Leeds Bradford Airport Orange Lights

Shape of objects: Circular.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving away from the airport when I noticed 4 orange lights. I turned right to Bramhope and stopped in the middle of road, as at first thought it almost looked like a big firework before it explodes, but it didn't then. I thought it must be planes coming in, but they were too close and then realized what I was witnessing. The four object were stepped in order, with one very low, then the next two bit higher, but on same level than another at the very top. It was almost like a set of steps and all were same size. The two in the middle were closest to each other and then these two began to circle each other 3 1/2 times. They were stopped dead in the sky, all four before all four began to move sideways and apart from the highest which then began to move went upwards.

Near Gatwick Airport, UK Seven Off White Almost Amber Lights

Shape of objects: Not possible to say.

Full Description of event/sighting: A series of off white, almost amber lights. No anti collision beacons, no port/starboard lights, travelling roughly east to west - estimated at 150 knots. No sound. Roughly 5 nm south of the approach path for Gatwick airport.

I have been watching the skies for almost 50 years as an avid aviation enthusiast...and can guarantee these were not aircraft of any sort. I have a multi engine rating with a night rating, so know what I am looking at in the sky.

Witnessed by my wife (54, and two sons (23 and 20).

Near Bournemouth-Hurn Airport, Hampshire, England Six Objects

At 11.15 pm tonight 24/09/08, from my balcony I watched six orange objects appear one at a time. As each one disappeared the other came up to pass me overhead from east to west, each one taking about 3 minutes to travel the breadth of the sky. I do not know if this was going on before I entered my balcony but as I say I saw six of them.

My first impression was that they were the size of a helicopter, as I often see them at night when they are on patrol! I also see many aircraft overhead coming into the flight path for Hurn Airport!. These orange things were coming right across the flight path that's what initially caught my attention. I looked through my binoculars and they seemed to be wriggling as the moved in straight lines.

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply:

I have come across these balloons early in the summer of this year, and yes it may well have been these same things that I saw last evening. They more or less took the same direction across the sky. And they (all six that I saw) went across the flight path of Hurn Airport. But surely air traffic control saw the same things (if they were awake during it and not on a coffee break during a quiet period!!

Approaching Belfast International Airport, Northern Ireland Ring Shaped UFO

Shape of objects: 1 flat ring-like.
Weather Conditions: Cloudy

Description: On Aerlingus flight EI23 bound for Belfast at 1040hrs. We were on descent, approx 5-7 mins before land.

I was on window seat and talking to husband on my left. Then decided to look out of the window.

Immediately saw ring shaped object, flat. Color was like black cloud. Within split second, before I could register what I saw, it seemed like it was quickly being erased. I did not even have the time to grab my husband to look out before it was gone.

Apparent distance from window to object was approx 50-100m.

TV/Radio: None aware.
