Fireball With Flames Following Behind Seen Over Alfreton Derbyshire

Hi  I was watching TV with slight gap in curtains, when bright light caught my eye on my right going past window. There are lots of police helicopters around here, but this made no noise at all and was too big a fireball. 

Just  seen very similar thing to fireball over Swadlingcote. I was so much in awe by time I thought to get I-Phone to take picture it had gone.

It was a huge  fireball with flames falling off behind it and moved right to left at a fair height. Not plane fast, but a lot faster than balloon and  left trail of flames falling off as it went  sideways.

I lost sight as it went over houses and never seen anything like it. It looked like a comet on a astrological program. Just wondered if anyone else has seen it. Mike Chadwick seen at Alfreton Derbyshire 22:55 approximately.

Object Zig Zagged In The Sky Over Higham Alfreton UK ?

Time: Between 8:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m.

Location of Sighting: Higham Alfreton.

Shape of Objects: Round light.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Previous report was Friday 3rd September 2010, OK again last night Friday 17th September. This time I'm 100% sure it is the very same light, but different to last time we saw it at around 8-830 p.m.

This time it started in a west position about 9 o'clock, it then moved east. It stayed west for over an hour then around 10:00pm it was at a 10 o'clock in the sky, zig zaging again. I woke at 3:30am and went to the toilet and saw it above us about 1 o'clock position. I think in this case there is a genuine explanation and I really would like to know what this is.

I've seen a triangle formation of lights maneuver like nothing I've seen before, then shoot off at great speed, but that was many years ago. I'm not looking to explain that or 3 other strange sightings, as I don't think anybody could explain those things, but this is too routine to be unexplainable. I forgot to mention my Dad and my son saw this.

Bright Light Returns Time After Time Over Higham Alfreton UK

Time: From around 9:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m.

Location of Sighting: Higham Alfreton.

Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was night fishing at Higham farm fishery when at around 9:00pm my fishing mate said to me "look at that". A brilliant white light was (like a security light) traveling west to east.

At first we thought it was a planes front light, until it started moving side to side as well as west/east about as fast as a plane would.

We watched it until it went to the horizon, we realized it wasn't a plane because the light remained as bright from both directions (if it was plane's headlight it would go out when it was traveling away from us) also there was no flashing lights.

I turned in at 10:15pm only to be woken up by shouting from people at a nearby hotel, they were shouting, look at that. This was 11:15pm.

I later woke up at 1:45am, my alarms woke me. I had a fish on and the light was now above us again. We put the fish back after fotos, had a coffee and before we turned in again the light had now moved westerly around 2:15am.

I'm hoping someone else saw and reported this, I would like an explanation.
