Orange Globes Over Glenrothes Fife Scotland UK

Date: Date: August - November 2010 (4 separate occasions)
Time: Between 2100 - 2230

Hi, I just found the site and thought I'd have to add my sightings to the others from my area.

Location of Sighting: Glenrothes, Fife, Scotland.
Number of witnesses: 3 on first sighting, 1 on following occasions
Number of Objects: 5 during the first sighting, 1 on the following sightings
Shape of Objects: Circular.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: One orange globe flying the same speed as a small plane at a height of approximately 1000 feet or more (I'm not great at judging height). Five minutes later another following exact same line of flight. Five to ten minutes later 2 more flying at the same speed approximately 500 meters apart, then five minutes later another following the same path.

No flashing lights, just large orange globes. No sound whatsoever. The objects were flying from northeast to southwest. They looked to be coming from the direction of the Leuchars RAF base near to St. Andrews heading towards Edinburgh. I don't have any binoculars to have tried to get a closer look.

On 3 more occasions I have witnessed these objects. A single one each time. Once heading southwest to northeast and twice heading northeast to southwest. No noise on any of these times.

Thanks.
