Time: Approx: 9:00 p.m.Hi, I am writing to you to expand my experience of sighting this light in the sky. I am from Scotland and the same thing happened to me in July 2010. It was at nighttime around 9:00pm when I seen it, and it quickly appeared then disappeared and jolting from one length to another. Much impossible to be a plane. I thought I would just let you know as it may be help.
