Weather Conditions: Clear.
Description: We were at a caravan park in Coopers Beach, Mersea Island, England. I was standing on the decking next caravan smoking when I noticed from near Brightlingsea orange lights coming up from the horizon and of to my right east to south traveling faster than planes that were above and nearby .they started in clumps of 3-4 and seemed to travel in same direction then got so far out over the sea towards Burnham-on-Crouch and then disappeared.
