Brian Vike's Note: I have posted this United States report here on my World Wide page, I have done so due John Tosti passing back on 3-24-2011. I know a lot of people followed John's story through me when I had my HBCC UFO Research website. 

Not many people have heard this last interview. This was done with John and his friend Mark. This also was the last time I spoke to John. In this interview you will hear some of the things they had to put up with when reporting their UFO sighting. The interview was done over Skype.

Black Hawk helicopters, the police and media seem to shy away from John after contacting them.

As some of you know, John Tosti went through a lot when dealing with close encounters from alien craft, and his missing time and alien abduction.

This interview Brian Vike did with John and Mark would have been the last conversation Brian had with John Tosti, as he passed away on 3-24-2011. Also the fellows believe they were followed, had phone taps, etc., after seeing this UFO which is covered in this interview.

Police Officers Observe Orange Object Over Hout Bay Cape Town South Africa

 

Date:  December 21, 2011

Time:  Approx: 11:00 p.m.

 

Hi, I'm a police officer and I noticed a similar flying object in Hout Bay on 21 December 2011. I was in the harbour and saw an object going up into the air in the Hangberg area at about 23h00. I thought it was a flare at first and showed it to my 2 colleagues who also thought it was a flare.

 

We then noticed that it had no tale and that it never arched and came down. It continued upward like an airplane lifting off traveling towards Simons town and disappeared into the clouds. It also made no real or noticeable sound or noise.

Police Chase Orange Cigar Shaped UFO Over Runcorn In Cheshire UK

 

Date:  1970s

Time:  Evening.

 

I too remember a similar incident, but with the local police in Runcorn U.K. chasing what seemed to them to be cigar shaped UFO, orange in colour. This was way back in the 1970s. This was reported in the local press.

 

Credible witnesses such as policemen are very important to the ongoing research for UFOlogists everywhere. I too have witnessed UFOs on many occasions. I just hope that one day soon, all these sightings will be proven to be extraterrestrial or otherwise.

Ex Police Officer Has A UFO Sighting Over Prestatyn North Wales

Date: February 16, 2011
Time: 8:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Probably oval.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was opening my garage door and so my head was following the door opening to the top and my attention was drawn to a large object above and to the left of me. I have flown in light aircraft on many occasions, the last time being January 2010. I estimate the height of the object to be around 700 feet.

It was not the police helicopter, as I am an ex police officer and know exactly what sound the police helicopter makes. This was totally silent and moving at what I would estimate at between 5-10 mph. The lights circled the object from front to back giving the impression it was oval.

Two strong beams of light flicked on horizontally for about 2 seconds to the front in the direction it was travelling. It was travelling away from me and disappeared out of sight behind the tree line. I viewed the object for around 1 and a half minutes.

Serving Police Officers Observe Multiple Orange Balls Of Light Over The UK

Time: Midnight until about 12.50 a.m.

Hi Brian, my name is (name removed) and I read with interest your article about the orange ball sightings of last night. I was walking with my wife, along Avenue Road towards Attleborough and then onto Lutterworth Road towards Whitestone from midnight until about 12.50am. During our walk, we both noticed about 10 orange balls of light that travelled across the sky, silently and steadily and all travelled in the same direction but appeared at intermittent times.

At one point whilst we were walking in Lutterworth Road we saw two balls that appeared to "launch" in quick succession from behind houses and at this point they were low in the sky and almost right above our heads. They were totally silent and initially had a larger glowing sphere around them but this diminished as they travelled further along the course of their trajectory.

We are both serving police officers and we were completely compus mentus at the time (i.e. not drunk!). I made a phone call to a friend who lives in Whitestone whilst we observed the balls and she could also see them from her house. Today I spoke with my mother who lives in Attleborough and she too witnessed one ball as we have all described.

I would be very interested to find out any more about what it was, we all witnessed and if you have any further information I would be grateful for an update. Regards and Happy New Year!

North West Penrith, Cumbria UK Unknown Object And A Call To The Police

Location of Sighting: North West Penrith.

Shape of objects: Oval, middle front more rounded.

Full Description of event/sighting: I just posted this on my friends website, then searched Google in case it was also spotted by more people. It is still early yet as it only happened a few hours ago. At 9.45 pm tonight I was locking my front door and heading upstairs when I looked out the hall window and noticed what a calm clear night it was, and how the stars seemed to be real bright, brighter than I have ever seen before. Then I noticed a bright light heading towards my house. At first I thought a shooting star. So I thought I better make a wish. I thought to myself, then as it got closer I could make out details that dismissed it as a shooting star. It was flying the height of a small aircraft and it was bright, real bright white at the front with and orange in the middle, but the thing that grabbed me was the sparks coming from the back, nothing like a meteor I may add. It was way too slow for something like that and the speed was constant and the angle was the same. It was not heading towards the ground as a comet or anything would, but steady on it's path. Also it did not seem to be burning up.

I called the police I was that concerned that no one would see it but myself. I told the police I was calling them because I wanted them to check the seismic readings from Scotland to see if anything hit the ground. They said they had no reports, then the cop rang me back and told me it was just a military exercise! I mean c'mon man, how dumb do you have to be to let it go at that I thought. So I asked the cop to contact the RAF and see if anything was seen on radar. The cop called me back again, this time he said that it was nothing he could explain and no one could. I then said, but you just told me it was a military exercise. The cop stumbled for a moment, then not knowing what to say as he had just back tracked on his first statement about it being military. He then said, well we have had nothing on radar and nothing from Glasgow seismic monitoring station. I have a number to call the MOD in the morning, believe it or not they wanted me to leave all this on the DOD answering machine, but I refused and said I will speak to someone in the morning. I will post here the outcome of this as soon as I get off the phone with them.

I was looking at the plough. (7 sisters) It came from that direction and headed s/sw. It was not falling, it was not on fire and it never made a sound. It looked like electrical sparking or the kind of sparks you see in a steelworks factory, just like the old Flash Gordon ships used to spark. That's the only way I can describe it. Anyway I can't be the only one to have seen this, as it was just on the outside of my town of about 60.000 population. So keep an eye on the web for sightings in the NW UK on 22 September at 9.45 pm. I have a strange feeling, not a bad one, but a good calming feeling about me I guess I'm just happy I witnessed this, but I feel real happy, strange I know. I will keep you informed.

A U.K. Traffic Officer Catches UFO On Patrol Cars Video Camera (Footage)

HBCC UFO Research Note: I have been asked to remove the actual day of this sighting, which I have done in this report. So the date reads, May 2003. I of course will protect the identity of the police officer and the person who sent me the report, photo and map. Also the footage will be posted when it arrived to me.

Hi Brian, a Traffic Officer some years ago in my force handed me a Digital-8 tape from one of the patrol vehicles. The Officer had been travelling westbound on the A59 road between Skipton and Bolton Abbey, lovely towns in North Yorkshire, UK. This was a routine patrol, (actual day of sighting removed by HBCC) May 2003 approx 2130 hours – the time and date is accurately shown on the speed-detection overlay the pursuit vehicles are equipped with.

The officer of course had a far better view than the limited resolution of the camera. The Officer remarked that the light was clearly made up of a packed cluster of small, very bright lights. It kind of shocked the officer greatly and you can see the vehicle’s speed slow down as the officer tries to take in the scene. The officer is experienced and well used to the Nightsun searchlights of the neighbouring force’s Police Helicopter and the officer was adamant this was not such a searchlight. No sound was heard (granted the officer was inside a moving Subaru Impreza, a fast chase car not noted for quiet travel as our local speedsters can attest when caught! The Officer feels this was not a fighter aircraft with reheat engaged (afterburn).

Anyway, despite this being rather old now, the officer didn’t wish any attention at all over this and asked me to hide their identity. I have protected name, gender and exact date in the video-capture. I ask if you use any of this report you describe the date as just ‘May 2003’ avoiding the day completely.

I have a DivX of the display at about 9MB. The full uncompressed unedited Digital-8 capture to pc is about 209 MB. I would just need time to mask off the day from the speed detection overlay (once I figure that with Premiere!). Let me know if you’d like the video, and how to get it to you. I hold the original Digital-8 tape.

Please don’t ID me either, please use ‘anon police officer’ if you like.

The video is not remarkable, it shows a white light slowly flare up to a peak brightness, then fade out again (I checked, it wasn’t Iridium’s) I enclose GIFs of a video-capture of a frame, and a detailed Ord map of the witnesses’ position relative to the image capture, also showing the approximate direction of the object from the officer. Distance was impossible to guess.

Northwood Middlesex, UK - A Visit From The Ministry Of Defence and Police

HBCC UFO Research Note: When reading this report, and viewing the photos I would really like to request that if anyone may have witnessed the same object in 2004/2005, I would certainly like to hear from you with the information/report, etc. This is an unusual case due to the authorities coming to visit this gentleman and taking his camera and film. This, as far as I know doesn't happen all that often, so in my mind the authorities certainly did not want this information/photos to be in the spotlight, and of course makes me wonder why. Why would the authorities be concerned enough to keep the witnesses photos, so what is this object that was filmed ? Also before I get asked, as I usually do, I won't be giving out this witnesses personal information. In other words this person will remain completely anonymous ! The witness also shared something's as well with me which I won't be posting in this report.

Hello Brian, Sometime ago I wrote to you (maybe a year or so) with regard to an aerial object seen, witnessed and photographed by me and a friend from his apartment complex balcony.

I promised you the pictures after I described the events to you and what we had witnessed, but before I had chance to send them, I had a visit from The Ministry Of Defence and Police who removed my camera and images.

The afternoon we had seen the object I telephoned the local Police to see if they had seen it, or if anyone else had witnessed the object because it was so clearly visible for such a long period of time, they said they had not, but would pass the information I gave onto the relevant authorities, within hours my camera had been taken, only to be returned 11 months later with no pictures.

I have 2 images of the object that I have obtained as several copies were made prior to the camera being confiscated. These are the only pictures as I know now available, would you like them? They are 1.5meg each and show the object if you zoom in.

The object was a long black cylindrical craft that was intelligently controlled and reflected the sun like a mirror. Myself and my friend estimate the object was around 30-40 foot long and about 6-9 feet across.

It was a lovely summers day when we saw the object and were sitting out on the balcony having a beer and soaking up some rays when we noticed the object. It flew very slowly right over head and we could clearly see it for over an hour. The object had a 'dome' in the middle, at the bottom only really visible when it was at certain angles, the object could move almost instantly forwards and stand still, rotate then gently, move again, then stop etc. Very strange looking movements.

My friends location is north west of London, midway between RAF Warrior NATO base at Northwood Middlesex and RAF Stanmore in Middlesex.

Thank you for a timely reply,

I will include the pictures in separate emails as my ISP has download restrictions. I have two pictures for you, these are the only remaining pictures, my 'friend' who I retrieved them from had actually re-formatted his hard drive and sold it on Ebay, he is still worried about even having had them in his possession. I was given the pictures on a CD that had been buried in local woods.

The first picture I will send twice, one original and one with a ring circling the craft, as it is very small, the other picture is also original and shows the craft at a different angle, in the same area of the photograph.

The pictures were taken on my friends digital camera, it was an early generation camera and had almost no zoom, if we had a zoom lens the pictures would have been far better. We were unable to view the craft through the viewfinder on the camera so it was 'point & click', you will need to zoom into the picture to see the craft better.
