Humming Sound And Black Triangular Shaped UFO In The Sky Over Oxford England UK

Time:  Around 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

I saw something yesterday at around 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. that I am baffled to explain exactly what it was.

I was up on top of a hill at the Lambourn Gallops just north of the M-4 and I was facing north, (oxford direction or just west of oxford). I could hear a noise, but it was more of a humming than that of a jet plane.

I watched a black triangular shaped (it must have been banking and on it’s side) move from east to west fairly slowly. I probably watched it for two or three minutes in total.

At one point it must have straightened up as it looked like a thin black line.

I couldn’t see a tail or fin at all.

It then disappeared from my sight, but I could still hear the humming for a few more minutes.

I originally thought it may have been a Stealth Bomber, but I really don’t know.

When it was banked over, it wasn’t a complete black triangle though, as there was a small gap/separation towards the two end tips.

Is this something you can help to explain? Regards.

Unknown Mechanical Sound Heard Twice In Irvine Ayrshire Scotland UK

Hi, last week whilst having a bath, around 10:00 p.m. at night. I was listening to the wind outside my open window, it wasn't really all that strong, but what got me was the fact that it sounded mechanical.

It was hard to describe other than it had a peculiar rythym to it. After listening for 10 minutes or so, I duly forgot all about it, until 2:00 a.m. or so of Monday (29th July) when putting out the bin I heard this exact noise.

The only difference was it's intensity and longevity. It lasted around an hour and was definetly mechanical sounding. It would increase in pitch and was coming from the northwest direction.

Having stayed in Irvine for 28 years, I know the lay of the land and what factories or industry is around and nothing I felt could account for this sound.

I have read and saw alot of 'The Trumpets' sounds on the net of late and though I wouldn't claim that this was the same sound, it was kind of similar.

Ground Shaking Sound And F-15 Fighter Jets Over Loch Awe Scotland

Time: Early morning.

Location of Sighting: Loch Awe, Scotland.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Myself and my brother were camping beside Loch Awe one night in August 2006. The following morning we were up early just hanging about the camp site. A noise started in the sky directly above us, the noise sounded like a very large humming-roaring noise increased in amplitude and was getting closer to the ground, we froze in panic.

The noise was incredibly loud and seemed to be getting closer to us, the noise did not move in direction side to side, but was moving down to the ground where we were standing. We expected to see something fall out of the sky and started to prepare by crouching downwards.

There was a low cloud cover, so nothing was visible. As the noise increased, the ground started to shake-rumble. The trees around the camp site did not move. Then at the peak of volume the sound lifted and faded away in an upwardly direction.

Two fishermen along the Loch were also looking up in the direction of the noise. Then about 30 minutes later two F-15 fighter jets zoomed along the Loch very low, which created a noise, but was nothing like what we had heard. They appeared to be searching for something.

Buckfast And Plymouth Sound Strange Light Disappears And Then Reappears (Video Footage)

Notice: I just would like to inform folks that there is one word that is colorful, so please keep this in mind.

Hi, Myself and two work colleges saw a strange moving white light on the way back from Exeter this evening. We sighted it at 8pm around Buckfast and it followed the A38 to around the Plympton turn off where it got a lot smaller as it sped off and incredible speed (turning blue/green as it did). We though it was a helicopter as first but it began to move toward and away from us extremely quick and we heard no noise from it. It dived down to tree level and back up again. It had no turning arc it just changed direction.

It then re-appeared over the Plymouth sound direction and moved slowly toward Mount Batten. I called my wife and she saw it from Home (Staddiscombe) as it hung stationary over Mount Batten. My Apprentice filmed the light on his mobile phone, I have asked him to upload it to facebook. Four of us saw this and we all agreed this was not manmade object we have ever seen. I just watched the Lincolnshire UFO video online for the first time. It was very similar to light we saw. Regards.

Full Description of event/sighting: I have to say firstly, I am so glad I found your site. I feel sane again! My husband and I popped out the back for a cig and while out there we were amazed at what we saw. Our garden is south facing and this orange glow came across the sky from west to east. My first reaction was of course - what is it and concern as I said to my husband, is that a plane on fire? To me the object came to a standstill only for approx: 10 secs and then appeared to decrease in size very quickly as it ascended, but the most bizarre thing was the boom noise when it disappeared. When I say boom, it was very, very faint and you could tell it was a long way off but we both heard it. I'm not a believer in UFO's but there was no doubting what we saw.

Barnstaple North Devon England Strange Sounds - Electrical Problems

HBCC UFO Research Note: It seems like there is alot of this type of report coming in, strange sounds, problems with the electrical, etc. Sure makes one wonder what is happening and of course what the cause is.

Full Description of event/sighting: Hi again Brian, having just read the Murrieta, California, possible Triangle report 7 Feb, 2008. I noted similarities of something that happened with us here a few weeks ago, (you may recall I emailed you about it at the time ?, I can't remember the date right now). I do remember the time, because I had not been asleep and was sat up in bed. I had looked at the clock, it was just after 3 AM - all the lights in our house started flickering, there was a weird sensation in the air that I can only describe as electro-static.

Our bedroom windows vibrated slightly and there was also a very weird sound, kind of a rushing sound like the wind, however, it was not windy at that time. I got out of bed to call my husband who was downstairs (he too could not sleep) he was making his way up the stairs to me to ask me did the lights fickler up stairs too. He also heard the strange sound like wind. We didn't actually see anything though. I did say in my email to you that I felt that something had passed over top of our house. Because we didn't see anything, I have no proof of it. The sound went as fast as it had came also, so I don't feel that it was simply wind that night. Barnstaple, North Devon England.

Madeira, Portugal A Strange Noise ?

First, I'm from Portugal, from an island called Madeira (32ºN 17ºW).

I'm not sure of what this is, but I heard a strange noise coming from a little metallic storage place that we've got on the side of the house, it can fit more that one person, so its not that small.

The thing is, there is nothing that can cause any sound in there, there's only a couple of bikes, some wood and some stuff that we don't need anymore. Sometimes I hear this sound very far away, but tonight (18-08-2006 0:00 approx) it was very loud and I recorded with my mp3 player (if you guys want I can send it to you, its a .wav file and I did about 30dB boost on it, but I still have the original, just tell me how to send it).

It's very weird that when metal vibrates produces sound, so I touch it to see if it stops, but it didn't, it was like the metal was reflecting something... then after a while I was looking to it with a flashlight and it stops, just like that, with no apparent reason!

Maybe I'm over reacting on this, but there is something going on in this place, most of my family have seen stuff happening in the sky and then just disappear. We thought we were the only ones that had seen such things, but a very close neighbor once told us about a light in the middle of the night that was coming in their direction from the sky, they just run and when they saw the lights of a car approaching, the light.

Warrington Cheshire, U.K. Loud Sound And Object Hovering

Description: around 2:30 a.m. I was in bed I heard a noise like an aircraft jet noise. It went on for at least 15 minutes getting louder and louder. I looked out the window and saw a strange shaped object hovering over the houses about 10 feet over the roof tops moving slowly it had a flashing light on the bottom left hand side.

When I asked people the next day, no one heard it or seen it. It was so noisy it should of woke everyone?

Moss, Norway Two Oval Shaped Discs Making Humming Sound

Full Description of event/sighting: Hi, I want to know if there was detected any unusual activity over Norway in Olso and Ostfold Provinse last night. I don't know who to ask about this so I try you.

I was out on a night time walk at 2:30 at night, when suddenly I heard a humming sound over me. I looked up and there was two oval shaped discs flying over me at approx: 450 meters up in the air at night time. They just plunged through the few clouds that were there.

They made no engine sound and I'm sure as heck it was no plane. They had a silvery glow about them and like electromagnetic pulsing around them making a humming noise. They were at first just floating around at a nice speed, and then when they came a little farther they took up in speed and went to the right and just gone.

It made no noise and was traveling at a slow rate of speed at first. As it traveled through the air, it made a spinning pulsing motion like electric current was surrounding it.

After it disappeared in the night, I saw it reappear several seconds later, ascending at an even faster speed than when I first observed it. Round oval shaped, slightly brighter than the surrounding it was in, then it moved rapidly and soundlessly away.

I saw what I saw and I assure you this was no plane. A oval disc-shaped, luminous and seemingly made a slight humming sound of electro pulsing around it.

I haven't slept all night and if you have answers please tell me what was this.

I know what I saw and I am sure of it.
