Three Legs Dropped From The Underside Of The Pill Shaped UFO At Horsham West Sussex UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was about 8 years old and I had gone to Horsham Sussex UK for a school trip. I think the sighting happened about a day or so after arriving at the camp. 

 

Myself and my cousin took the beds nearest to the window in our room, and two other friends where on the far wall. One night we was all playing around at night like 8 year old boys do, giggling and farting and just joking when I could hear a rumbling noise.

 

It was a bit like thunder outside. I looked out the window and across the field that was outside our room. I could see like a white mist approaching and I could also see in this order, red, blue and green lights spinning in an anti clockwise rotation.

 

It was not coming towards us very fast, but then it was there. We could all see this craft that was no more than 20 - 25 meters away hovering outside. The craft itself was bathed in a ghostly misty light, then the rotating lights went out and it was like the craft had a rectangle middle section which was like smoky windows, a black brown colour and the top and bottom were like brushed aluminum.

 

Now I’m 44 and I can say it looked like a flying pill. Then 3 legs came down and then the under section of the craft opened in a kind of jittery way. It was not what you would expect from some craft from an advanced civilization.

 

Next a long silver rod with all I can explain, it had what looked like a huge ball bering on the end of the rod. Next there was a very bright yellow white flash from the ball bearing to the floor outside, then the rod and ball went back into the craft and the flaps shut.

 

I remember looking at the window and I could see movement behind the left hand side window. It had like 4 or 5 sections of windows following the shape of the craft, then there was a whooshing noise like air escaping and the craft just vanished into thin air.

 

With that we all started to scream and ran out of our room and ran down the hall and stared to bang on the headmasters door, he opened the door very angry. We started to tell him what had happened and we were all told to go back to bed and stop making things up.

 

Till this day, and I’m 44 now the whole thing still freaks me out. I now wonder what time it was that we woke up the headmaster and why no one else heard or saw this beautiful craft.

3 Large Orange Red Round Lights Over Christs Hospital/Horsham UK

 

Date:  July 2, 2008

Time:  11:45 p.m. - 12:00 A.m.

 

I have at 11:45-12:00 this evening seen the very same 3 large orange/red round orbs in the sky over Christs Hospital/Horsham area. They were moving at some speed. 

 

I have never believed in UFOs before tonight, but there is nothing even with Gatwick airport being close that can justify the way they moved the formation or even the look of such objects the conditions of the weather were non cloudy, cool with a light breeze.

Mist Forms Around Hovering UFO At Horsham Sussex UK

Two Red Objects Over Hardy's Close In Horsham UK

Time: 9:10 p.m.

Hi there, I've just read about the sighting of two orange orbs over Hardy's Close in Horsham and would just like to report that my husband and I saw two red "orbs" over Butlers Road, Horsham last night (23rd April 2011.) They were definitely not aircraft or helicopters. We did consider hot air balloons, but it was 21:10 p.m. and dark at the time and no balloons were visible above the red glow.

One "orb" went off in into the distance, but one crossed diagonally over our house. It was moving in a smooth, horizontal direction and at about the same speed you would see an aircraft move. All that was visible was the red, slightly glowing, light which was not flashing. There were definitely no white lights, as you would get on an aircraft.

I dashed upstairs to get a better look and possibly photograph the phenomena, but by the time I'd got upstairs, it had disappeared. We did have some cloud cover at the time, so it may have been hidden from view. The nearest description I can think of is that it was like a red roman candle firework, but was travelling horizontally instead of shooting straight up. I'd love to know what it was. Kind regards.

2 Orange Lights Over Hardy Close Horsham UK

Bright Orange Light Over Horsham West Sussex UK

Time: 6:50 p.m.

Hi There, my daughter pointed me towards this site after telling her of seeing a bright orange light at 18.50pm on January 1st, 2011. My wife saw this light and watched for about 5 minutes before asking me to have a look as well. I live in Horsham West Sussex. My wife thought it was something on fire, it was shaped like a round ball' when I saw it I thought it was some thing on fire as well, it was moving South West towards Guildford.

The object was very high, at least as high as aircraft passing to land at Gatwick airport or taking off we observe these often as Gatwick is only 10 miles away, this object was not an aircraft and to high for a lantern, I went to get my bino's and camera, but the light had faded possibly through cloud layers. I reported the sighting to the Sussex police center at 19.20pm on Jan 1st 2011 about half an hour after the sighting. Regards.
