Blue Light/Object Made Looping Arch In The Sky Over Auchterarder Scotland UK

Time:  Evening.

I was driving through Auchterarder last night when an orb, glowing like a bluish light made a looping arch in the sky.

There was no sound, the sky was not dark and the orb moved fast and disappeared very quickly.

Red Lights In The Sky Over Arbroath Angus Scotland

Date:  December 25, 2014
Time:  Approximately 8:00 p.m.

I'm curious about red lights in a triangle formation seen while heading from Carnoustie back to Arbroath on Christmas night about eight o'clock.  

I managed to take a photo with my mobile, but only got the lower light due to the car roof, what I also got was two sets of three lights horizontally which I didn't see with the naked eye.  

There was nothing that I could see which was causing a reflection for these lights.  

I was told it was the Space Station, but that would not make sense as it was further south and the lights are completely different. As I said I'm curious as to what these red lights could be. Regards.

Fiery Ball/Light Seen In The Sky Over Kilmarnock Scotland

I live in top end of Kilmarnock in Scotland, and last week I was out my back garden on New Years eve at 11:00 p.m. and the same fiery ball went past.

There was no noise, not a sound and it travelled north and was too slow to be a plane.

3 Bright Orange Lights In The Sky Over Arbroath Scotland

Time:  Approx: 9:00 p.m.

 

Was walking the dog last night around 9.00 p.m. when I saw three bright orange lights in the sky equal distance apart following the same projection.

 

Very quick, quicker than a satellite and many times bigger. Moving west together east slight northerly archival . 

 

No noise or trail. Though it first maybe helicopters, but this was much higher and they continually glowed.

Huge Disc Shaped UFO Hovering Over Eyewitness At Coatbridge North Lanarkshire Scotland UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was standing on waste ground where the site of the Summerlee Heritage museum now stands. There was a noise I could not identify that kept getting louder and louder.

Eventually it made me look up. There was a huge disc shaped object hovering over me with coloured lights blinking intermittently. I froze for a moment then I ran all the way home and never looked back.

I cannot remember the exact year or how old I was then. It must have been early 70s when I was about 10 years old.

Bright Light With Flames Seen Over Blackford Scotland UK

Saw a bright light and flames tonight over Blackford around 11:00 p.m. Went outside. There must have been 12 separate bits all on fire moving together smoothly without noise.

I thought it was maybe a plane that had broken up but that would surely just drop to the ground. This was still moving heading towards Braco

6 To 8 Orange Lights In A V Pattern Over Perthshire Scotland UK

Time:  Evening.

I was relaxing on my sofa watching TV when I spotted them through the living room window which looks to the south towards the Saidlaw hills.

Being a pilot myself and having flown for 12+ years both day and night it was instantly apparent these were not aircraft NAV lights I was seeing so I went outside to the front door to have a closer look.

There were 6-8 orange lights in a loose V formation travelling from approx north  east to south west and I watched them for approx 1 min travel down the valley towards the Perth area before losing sight, there was no noise at all.

Over the years I've seen many aircraft flying at night from both the ground and the air with military aircraft passing beneath me on several occasions, but these did not match that configuration in any way.

We have a very clear view of the night sky from here being in the countryside and I have seen many meteors over the years but these lights did not have any sort of 'tail' that you would associate with a meteor burning up in the atmosphere.

It was difficult to estimate speed as I have no grasp of their size but if they were approx aircraft size I would estimate they were travelling at approx 400-500kts given how quickly the went out of sight.

8 Orange Lights Seen Over North Of Portree Scotland UK

Time:  10:30 p.m.

21 September 2012, 10:30 p.m., North of Portree I watched 8 orange lights move in a straight path along and slightly above the horizon towards Lewis. No variation in height, speed or distance.

They travelled in a straight line then disappeared after about 300 yards. No road or path so couldn't have been a vehicle. No sound and the night is very clear, no cloud. Any explanations or other sightings?

Unknown Mechanical Sound Heard Twice In Irvine Ayrshire Scotland UK

Hi, last week whilst having a bath, around 10:00 p.m. at night. I was listening to the wind outside my open window, it wasn't really all that strong, but what got me was the fact that it sounded mechanical.

It was hard to describe other than it had a peculiar rythym to it. After listening for 10 minutes or so, I duly forgot all about it, until 2:00 a.m. or so of Monday (29th July) when putting out the bin I heard this exact noise.

The only difference was it's intensity and longevity. It lasted around an hour and was definetly mechanical sounding. It would increase in pitch and was coming from the northwest direction.

Having stayed in Irvine for 28 years, I know the lay of the land and what factories or industry is around and nothing I felt could account for this sound.

I have read and saw alot of 'The Trumpets' sounds on the net of late and though I wouldn't claim that this was the same sound, it was kind of similar.

Huge Brilliant White Oval Shaped UFO Hovers Over The Ground At Loganlea Loan Edinburgh Scotland UK

Time:  5:45 a.m.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Had been out and about with my cousin in his car as he had not long passed his test and boys being boys, were out all night cruising about.

 

It was when he was heading to drop me off at Logan Lea Loan, we came over the brow of the hill and instantly noticed this bright light (brilliant white) oval shape around the same length as a transit van, and probably as tall just hovering over the 2 in a block flats. Maybe twenty meters above very close.

 

There was no real noise other than a light humming/buzzing sound. As I was the passenger, I rolled down the window and leaned out, as I was trying to focus on a solid object behind the light, but I could not as we got within 15 meters the object slowly started moving north towards Craigentinny Road, at a very slow pace as we followed as if it were toying with us.

 

We continue to follow and its path changes to a northwest direction, basically the same route as Craigentinny Road. By this time, its maybe 15 meters above the 6 in a block tenements. It was starting to speed up, but still less than 30 mph and then when we got the the Findlay Gardens junction, it just vanished.

 

We were not sure if shot up/ landed in the golf course or what. We investigated the golf course and nothing as we were still full of amazement and excitement.

 

We returned the the original location, hoping it may have returned. We were parked in the middle of the street with two of us gazing skyward only to find ourselves blocking a police car that was heading up the street.

 

So we went about telling the officers about what we had witnessed, only to be laughed at. Who cares, we felt very lucky to have witnessed what we did, and still do.

 

It was a pretty busy time for UFOs that 12-18 months, as I was lucky enough to see another interesting object.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Two bright orange orbs in line with each other. The second moved very quickly and appeared to come to a halt right beside the other.

 

These were too close together to be aircraft. They then shot up vertically into the sky and disappeared within a matter of 3-5 seconds.

 

From where we were standing we were looking from the east of Glasgow towards the southwest.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: While waiting on a taxi after work, my friend pointed to the sky and said, that light looks odd, but said it was probably a plane.

 

It was bright orange and very distinct. Then we realized it was going way to fast and was making no noise. Shortly after we spotted another light following the first one, but some distance behind it.

 

The second one was moving slightly left and right. The first light started to go up then the second one went straight up and they both disappeared. It was a quiet night and the sky was clear.

Strange Orange Colored Lights Seen Over Polmont Falkirk Scotland

 

Date:  May 2, 2011

Time:  12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Three weeks ago roughly, me and my brother are in the drive with the telescope looking at the moon, when strange lights get our attention from above a the Klondyke garden centre at the Polmont Motorway turn off.

 

Flashing blue and red in a random pattern, hovering going back and forward, wasn't sure what it was, could have been a chopper, though we seen several of them, but then there was what we thought was a star fairly low on the horizon.

 

It started moving slowly upward, then it just took off and arched way up over us and went towards the BP area.

Tonight on our way back from Stirling, there was a low dim orange orb low in the sky, once we drove round to get a better view it was gone.

 

Then further down a bright orange light, like a BP flame but nowhere near the BP, road took us away from it though. When we pulled up in Polmont, we have the top down on car and look up at the sky, must have seen about 10 things moving at different times from between 12:00 a.m. – 1:00 a.m.

 

They looked like satellites, but they didn’t have a straight trajectory, they were weaving and changing direction. Then one thing was low and took off at serious high speed, but was not a shooting star, for sure.

Was a lot of activity in the sky for sure. Did anyone else see these things?

Object had Blue Orange Flame Over Kirkcaldy Fife Scotland UK

 

Date:  March 3, 2012

Time:  Approx: 9:40 p.m.

 

At approximately 9:40 p.m. last night over Kirkcaldy Fife. Looked more like a missile. Had a thruster, you know, like a blue orange thruster flame. Spooky!

 

I thought it was a jet fighter at first, but I couldn’t hear any sounds from it.

 

Unsure of speed of object, but it just disappeared after a few seconds in to a white star like dot.
