Orange Light Spotted In The Sky Over Cattedown Sutton Harbour UK

Date:  February 22, 2015
Time:  Approximately 4:00 a.m. – 4:30 a.m.

At roughly 4-30 am this morning (22/2/2015) I too saw an orange light. I was awakened by my dog as he wanted out to do his business.

As I opened the door, I saw the light over the west of the city (I am located in Cattedown-Sutton Harbour area).

The light was over toward the Drake Centre area. It continued to travel east then appeared to turn northward before fading.

No sound was heard even though all around was silent (being early on a Sunday morning)

Large Orange Sphere Seen Over Sutton Manor St. Helens Merseyside England UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Very low in the evening sky at around 4.30 p.m., a large bright orange sphere, which I thought was the moon as that evening it was passing through earth's umbra.

It hovered or hung for around ten minutes, then strangely went from view. We were curious because the moon was supposed to appear darker, not bright orange. What was it we saw?

Bright Light Seen Over Sutton South England UK

Time:  Evening.

 

It is the 05th March 2009, and the same object has returned. Watching the bright light from my top floor flat in Sutton, south England. the light is pulsating once again changing colour.

 

Why hasn't the News or Newspapers reported on it.

Very strange!

Orange Lights Filmed By Eyewitness In Sutton Coldfield, England UK (Pictures)

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Just after midnight on 1st January 2010 my mother and I were standing outside my front door to welcome in the New Year and watch some of the fireworks, when we noticed a small orange light in the sky. It came from behind us and travelled quite slowly in a fairly straight line just below the clouds. At first we thought it was a plane, but there was no noise and it was too slow. It continued to travel in a straight line until it disappeared from sight. This took approximately 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. We then went to bed and when I looked out of the window at around 00.20 I saw two more objects following the same path, that time my wife saw them as well. I am now waiting to watch the local news on the TV to see if anyone has reported anything. Regards.

Hello Brian, I reported my sightings this morning on your web site. I took a photo with my mobile phone (see attachments) the object is the orange dot in the centre of the picture. I did video it but i think it was too far away to show up.

Sutton, Surrey, England UK An Orange Light

I live in Sutton, Surrey, U.K. About 10.38pm on Sunday 12th April 2009. I was in my garden when an orange light caught my eye. It was in a North Westerly position. At first I thought it was a plane on fire because it glowed bright orange. The orange was like the orange on some street lamps. The light moved towards me, and seemed quiet low to the ground. I thought it was too low for an aircraft, but as it got nearer it looked like 2 stars, the top one being slightly bigger than the smaller bottom one, then it went up towards the stars, and I had to crane my head back to look directly up at it. It hovered for 2 seconds, then turned slightly towards a southerly position where even though it was high up, it flickered a couple of times, and then completely vanished from view. It was a clear night so I know it didn't just disappear in the clouds.

Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, England A Bright Orange Orb

Shape of objects: Orb shaped.
Weather Conditions: Clear sky.

Description: We saw a bright orange orb shaped object, which looked almost like it was on fire. It came from the Birmingham direction and disappeared into the direction of Walsall. It was moving faster than a airplane and was a lot larger. It appeared from the Birmingham direction and seemed to get lower in the sky and more intense in brightness then regained height and as it went further away from us it got a lot higher and faded out somewhere in the Walsall direction. We also saw the same sort of object and occurrence about 2 weeks ago.

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply:

Hi there, that isnt what we saw at all, nothing like it, the thing we saw went very fast then slowed down, then went really fast again and shot up into the sky. The only thing we think it could be is something extraterrestrial. But either way it isnt a balloon. The object we saw was at least ten times faster than a plane. Surely no balloon could be that fast.

Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, England A Flat Silver Object

Shape of objects: Square flat around 10ft x 8ft.
Weather Conditions: Calm no wind.

Description: I noticed a square very flat object silver on one side black on the other side moving through the air at about 20 feet up. It was gliding along and turning as it did so, there was no noise it travelled across my path then rose higher into the air and changed direction [going away from me now] as it got to its highest point it stopped dead, spun round, picked up speed and shot off into the distance and out of sight.

TV/Radio: Not reported that I know of.
