Hi, my name is (name removed), I was just Googling blue flash's and came across your web page. I tried to comment, but don't have a Google account.

I was in Endeavor Hills when I saw the flash, which was a beautiful blue and took up the entire sky. It was about midnight when it occurred on 10/02/2013.

Straight after this there was a blackout in half the street. It was amazing to see and I am intrigued to know what caused it.

Sky Lit Up A Teal Color Over Sydney Australia

Time:  Around midnight.

Hi there, I've been trying to find out the source to the the glowing haze I witnessed tonight and came across your site. It says to email if there is any further occurrences.

My name is (name removed), and I when I was driving home at approximately midnight Sydney time, the sky lit up in the most beautiful teal colour.

Then it went, and for another 5 seconds or so, it lit up again. I waited outside looking in the general direction of the glow and it never happened again.

It was like sheet lighting, and spread in a concave shape.

If you have any ideas as to what it could be, could you let me know? Cheers.

Bright Electric Blue/Green Flash Lit Up The Sky Over Cape Town South Africa

Hi Brian, I'm responding to an internet article about a blue green flash spotted over Cape Town.

I witnessed a similar phenomena over Cape Town as I descended down Sir Lowry's Pass at approximately 01h30am on the morning of 11 August 2012.

The entire sky lit up in an bright electric blue green flash for a few seconds. This occurred twice. Weather conditions were stormy, high winds and some rain.

There was no sound accompanying it and no displays of lightning before or after the incident. Two others in the vehicle saw the same thing. It was a pretty amazing and beautiful experience. Warm regards

Strange Shaped Object Lit Up Over Manchester UK

Time:  Evening.

 

We saw it too we was lay in bed with Blida open. I know my knowledge on aircraft and flight path over Manchester as I once studies ppl.

 

It moving below cloud level and too fast for usual commercial planes. In my eyes from past experience of seeing a meteorite before it was too slow.

 

It passed over as if coming from Wigan way and towards Stockport area. We saw no flames, just a strange shaped object lit up, no noise or rumble.

Nesscliffe, Shropshire, UK 25 Huge Lit Up Colored Cubes

Location of Sighting: Nesscliffe, Shropshire, UK.
Number of witnesses: 30
Number of objects: 25
Shape of objects: Large Cube Shaped. Size of a minibus.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was returning home from a friends after midnight and driving along the A5 between Montford Bridge and Nesscliffe. I spotted a number of people who had pulled up onto the grass and were out of their cars looking into the adjacent field.

I then spotted up to 25 huge lit up colored cubes in the air above the field- maybe only 100 feet off the ground. They were spinning very quickly, head over heels, but not traveling fast. they were probably 800 meters from the hedge row. I pulled up also to observe this and myself and up to 30 other people witnessing this discussed what they could be. We discussed the chance that it might be a sophisticated light show, but no beams were visible and the cubes appeared to be solid objects. I left after the cubes moved off over the breast of a hill nearby and could no longer see them. In total i would think I watched for up to 10 minutes.

My cell phone battery was flat so I couldn't take a video or photo which i am really annoyed about, but others did take film that night.

I am convinced that these were the same objects filmed at Tern Hill army barracks- 35 miles away earlier that night.

I have appealed for other witnesses to come forward and prove that the "Chinese lantern" theory was not correct. I believe one other person has reported the same experience to a local newspaper in their online comments section, but otherwise I have had no joy. I am suspicious of the local hotel saying that their Lanterns were the culprit as they showed them on local TV and they were round and no bigger than a dining chair! I wonder if they were coerced into coming up with such an explanation by the nearby barracks?
