Glowing Bright Light Over Bournemouth UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: At first I thought it was a helicopter whilst eating dinner, but after a second look it seemed to bright. I went outside and it was a glowing bright light moving very slowly (no noise) it then started to move quite quickly increasing speed until it disappeared? Very strange and my first sighting of such a thing, hence searching the net to see if anyone else saw it.

Charminster/Queens Park, Bournemouth, Dorset, England Star Like Objects

Shape of objects: Sighting one: they were in the distance and star like.

Sighting two: they appeared to oval like in shape, moved silently overhead, can't judge height as I have no frame of reference. They appeared to wobble like a spinning plate on a stick when it slows down. They moved across the sky quite slowly and were about the size of a dinner plate as they passed overhead.

Weather Conditions: Partly cloudy to the SWW, dry.

Description: At first my brother and I saw a couple of star like objects moving around each other in very quick jerky movements. They would swing in close to each other then circle each other and then swiftly move away from each other. Then a couple more joined in and this continued for perhaps ten minutes.

Suddenly from the horizon appeared an object and it passed by us almost directly overhead. It was moving quite quick and was about the size of a dinner plate. It appeared to be organic and like it was glowing from within.

The second object appeared a few minutes after this and was moving quite slow and this passed directly overhead and was much lower than before. This appeared to wobble as passed by and looked the same as the other one.

After this passed by, we could still see two and then three star like lights reappear in the original location. They continued their 'dance' and then our vision was obscured by cloud.

Whilst we were waiting for the cloud to move on, we were witness to several streaks of white/bluish light, just above the house, this happened three times in three separate locations. Once just above us, once what appeared to be along the roof line, once from the north to the south along the back garden heading away from the house but not directly overhead.

The objects and light flashes were accompanied by absolutely no sound whatsoever. The only sound was ambient noise from the traffic on the main road.

I used to take ufo sightings with a pinch of salt and a healthy dose of scepticism, but after the experience my brother and I have had. I can honestly say - I believe.

Near Bournemouth-Hurn Airport, Hampshire, England Six Objects

At 11.15 pm tonight 24/09/08, from my balcony I watched six orange objects appear one at a time. As each one disappeared the other came up to pass me overhead from east to west, each one taking about 3 minutes to travel the breadth of the sky. I do not know if this was going on before I entered my balcony but as I say I saw six of them.

My first impression was that they were the size of a helicopter, as I often see them at night when they are on patrol! I also see many aircraft overhead coming into the flight path for Hurn Airport!. These orange things were coming right across the flight path that's what initially caught my attention. I looked through my binoculars and they seemed to be wriggling as the moved in straight lines.

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply:

I have come across these balloons early in the summer of this year, and yes it may well have been these same things that I saw last evening. They more or less took the same direction across the sky. And they (all six that I saw) went across the flight path of Hurn Airport. But surely air traffic control saw the same things (if they were awake during it and not on a coffee break during a quiet period!!

Bournemouth, Dorset, Great Britain Star Like Bright Object

Description: My 2 friends and I sat on the beach and looked in the sky to see how many stars we know, when we suddenly saw a object which was shining so bright like a star. First we thought it's a plane, but we couldn't see the normal 2 red lights and for a helicopter it was too high and fast. It was flying very fast from west to the east along the beach. We couldn't see any shape of it because it was so shining like a star and it really looked as one!

Bournemouth Dorset, U.K. Small Dot Looking UFOs

Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

Number of objects: 2
Shape of objects: Small dots about the size of a star.
Weather Conditions: Fine and clear.

Description: I was outside the house with my partner having a cigarette when I just happened to look up and see two objects moving at a speed just faster than a satellite or plane in a West to East direction. The lead object was white the rear object gold. (Exactly as described by the people at Osmington Mills)
It was difficult to judge height but if you can imagine holding your arm out and keeping your forefinger a centimeter away from your thumb this was the distance between the objects.
