Large Transparent Neon Green UFO Seen Over The Ocean At Adelaide Australia

Hi Brian, I have never before bothered to search for what I saw one night, but for some reason today I did and then even more unusually for me, I’m sending you this! You appear to be the only person that described the same thing I saw one night many years ago.  

 

It was probably about 7-8yrs ago now, my cousin and I were sitting at semi-remote cliff top car park overlooking the ocean (Adelaide Australia), after a long summer night cruising in his highly modified car, just sitting back enjoying the view and discussing every topic imaginable. 

 

When over the ocean we noticed a green dot, which quickly approached, suddenly became apparent that it was a very large (like maybe 100m long?), transparent neon green (like an outline), 3d cylinder (possibly multi sided like a hexagon), rolling toward us at great speed, low over the ocean with no sound as it passed overhead in seconds, disappearing over the horizon behind us. 

 

We just both looked at each other with this puzzled/freaked out look and began to describe the same thing to each other in amazement! I still remember it vividly to this day and still without any rational explanation, other than some form of UFO! 

 

So it was quite interesting that after extensive Google searching, you seem to be the only person describing a very similar object and circumstances surrounding it. I would be interested to know of any other similar sightings of such an object! 

 

Anyway, just thought Id share that with you. Feel free to use my explanation of sighting, but I do not wish to be identified! Kind regards.

Large Bright Neon Red Ball Of Light Over Bonnyrigg New South Wales Australia

Time: Approx: 1:00 a.m.

Hi Brian, I was just watching something on TV about UFO sightings in WW2 and one in particular was described just as I had seen years back. I searched Google and found your site.

It was about 1:00am in Bonnyrigg NSW sometime in 1999.

I saw a large round ball of light in the sky looking west of Bonnyrigg. It was bright red, very large and I instantly knew that it wasn't anything I'd seen before.

I ran downstairs and went outside. I stood watching it in awe for about 10 minutes until I thought about getting the camera. I was just about to turn and just then the ball appeared to get smaller until it disappeared.

The object was perfectly round and bright red. As bright as a neon red. No noise was audible. It was fairly low, I didn't need to tilt my head too far back to look up at it. It was as though a bright red orange was suspended in the sky, meters from my eyes.

It didn't move or pulsate and there were no other lights on or around it. It held it's position and suddenly appeared to shrink, within a couple of seconds it was gone.

I called the Sydney observatory the next day and was told that nothing was reported.

Grovedale Geelong Victoria, Australia Object Shinning A Neon Blue Light

Date: October 1, 2007 Time: Approx: 10:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Star - shape, but orange. Weather Conditions: Fine, Clear.

Description: I went out on the back patio for a cigarette about 10:30 at night, and immediately a car pulled into our driveway shining it's neon blue headlights across my feet and onto the wall about 1 meter beside me, to the left. I thought this was odd because the gap beside the house and the fence on my right is about the width of the pavement out the front, no car can fit !

I looked to my right, looked at... nothing! no car!! I looked back to my left, and the light moved up and down about 50cm each way! It was like a dymo torch emitting it's blue ray on the wall, but I could not see any source or ray of the light, like a torch.

Something in the sky caught my eye, I looked up to see a comet, rise up and left very sharp and fast, leaving a trail of Fluor orange vapor behind it, then disappear, the vapor following it!

I am serious, and was not drinking on that night.

TV/Radio (no reports on Internet, news or newspapers.)

The next week, I told my hairdresser who works about 10 km away, who said she had a similar experience on the same night, 20 minutes earlier, but thought it was a police helicopter performing marijuana raids despite the lack of helicopter noise.

João Pessoa PB, Brazil Cross-Shaped And Neon Like Beams Of Light Graphic

Full Description of event/sighting: (Latitude: 7° 06', South. Longitude: 34° 53', West +3GMT)

I was relaxing in a hammock at my veranda at the 6th floor facing South, 100 m from the beach to the left East direction. The night was warm with a clear sky, apart from a few very small clouds (probably stratus about 2000 m).

Suddenly, I've noticed two not so bright amber orange objects traveling at very high speed from West towards East in a sort of "erratically" side by side path. I was astonished and could hardly breath. Then I've noticed they were both cross-shaped with lights at the extremities and neon like beams of light connecting the pair of lights to form the cross - there was also a very discrete orange glow around each craft.

The UFOs turned right at a wide angle towards Southeast, while one crossed below the other and from that point they kept perfect parallel paths, without the previous random components, traveling straight. At that point I could observe them passing above, or through a small cloud.

By estimating the angular size of the objects (~1°=~0.018radian) and multiplying this by the estimated high of that kind of cloud we guess they measured length=~2000m x 0.018radian=36 m which turns up to be about 111 ft.

I'd called my husband but by the time he understood where to look and what for, he could not see anything.
