Thin Fluorescent Green Light Spotted Over Old Deer Park Richmond-Upon-Thames England UK

Time:  Evening.

 

I was just outside in The Old Deer Park in Richmond and watched exactly this same thin fluorescent green light. My husband and I watched it for about ten minutes.

 

There were some dog walkers in the park who saw it as well. Same static position - visible off and on through the cloud cover. At one point multiple slivers of green light were noted.

 

We were wondering if this was the Aurora Borealis as there has been a lot of solar activity this week. Did anyone else notice these lights?

Numerous Orange Disks Over Richmond West London UK

Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.

Hi Brian, I live in Richmond, West London, and last Friday 16th at around 11:00pm I witnessed the same thing. I am an amateur astronomer so I was just checking out the sky to see how clear the sky was as I was hoping to set up my telescope that night to do some observing.

Suddenly I saw four or five bright orange disks going past above me and I just couldn't believe my eyes. Then another 4, then another 3 and so on for a couple of minutes. They all disappeared in the same direction. When this started I asked my wife to come and she was shocked! Quite funny because she is the most skeptical person when it comes to this type of phenomena.

We were just pretty shocked and could not articulate a word. The 'parade' continued for another couple of minutes. Despite the trembling in my hands, I was able to start my camera while my wife went to another room where she could alert me if any other objects were coming. Fortunately, I managed to tape the last two of them. I am not used to the video facility in our camera, as we mostly use it to take pictures, so the footage was not great. However, it was better than nothing!

I am not expert, but I am certain they were not lanterns as they moved too fast and they seemed to be in a perfect formation. I am just very surprised this has not been on the news because many people seem to have heard of it. I guess I am very glad I found all you guys talking about it because we had started to think we were weirdos. Best.

Richmond, Sydney, New South Wales A Blue Colored Light

Time: Around 6:50 p.m.

Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Couldn't see the shape only light.
Weather Conditions: Fine, maybe a little cloudy

Description: It was a really pale blue colour but really bright. I was driving along Richmond road in an easterly direction with my mother. At an average aircrafts height a blue light flew from a SW direction and passed over my car and was well gone from view in a ne direction in no less than 4 seconds. It was the fastest thing I have ever seen and was too low to be a meteorite or shooting star and it was definitely not an aircraft that I have ever seen it was unbelievable.

Richmond Street, Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, U.K. Dull Pink Objects

Number of objects: 4
Shape of objects: Three 'circles' in a triangle shape and one behind following.
Weather Conditions: Clear night sky, stars visible.

Description: Objects were dull, dark pink colour, low in the sky, just abovet the top of the houses, moving very,very fast, heading in a north west direction, coming from the south east. No Sound, the objects were not pulsating or flashing.

Watched them for eight seconds approx. before they disappeared behind trees in nearby park.

TV/Radio: No but checking locally to see if other saw them and making enquiries if there was any laser light events going onat that time.

Thanks for reply. I have watched the video, I would like to say yes but unfortunately its wasn't like those.

The lights I saw were going very fast in one direction. I hasve contacted the local newspaper and they should be contacting me soon.
