Three Orange Lights Over The George Eliot Hospital Nuneaton Warwickshire UK

Time:  Approx: 0200hrs

 

Spotted three orange lights as discussed, but in straight line formation. No navigation lights, just three orange glows, approximately 2 miles apart. They were moving too slow for jet, and too fast for helicopter/light aircraft.

 

I was in company with two police officers and two other members of professional staff at George Eliot at time of sighting. 0200hrs approx. 25th October 2009.

UFO Hovering A Hundred Feet Above Gadsby Street Nuneaton UK

 

Date:  Between 1980 - 1985

 

Hello, I have just stumbled across your post about lights in the sky. When I was little, I lived in Gadsby Street myself. When I was four we moved to Weddington. At that time my dad worked for British gas, digging up roads, fixing leaks on 24 hour call.

 

To my recollection it was soon after Christmas Day within a year or two of moving, that my dad got called out along with his crew to a leak in Gadsby Street in the early hours.

 

The next day he said he and his crew were repairing the leak, and having already made a lot of noise digging the hole of course when the crew and many of the residents out in the street complaining about the noise, when they all witnessed an unidentified object hovering silently above the houses. 

 

The was a matter of a hundred feet or so above. How long it stuck around for etc., I don't know. He said he was sure it would be front page of the Tribune at least, but when he looked in the papers he found there was a tiny mention a couple of pages in.

 

There are and were only a couple of tabloids in existence in Nuneaton and this I estimate must have happened between 1980-85. It changed my dads outlook on the subject forever, and since has become a silent believer that we are not alone!

Large Round Orange Ball Of Light Over Ansley Common Nuneaton UK

Hi, I have just read your post re: October 16th sighting over Chapel End, and decided to contact you regarding something I saw last night at 9:00pm over Ansley Common, Nuneaton, UK. This was a large round orange ball of light, which appeared to me to be on fire and I stood watching for several minutes until it disappeared into the distance, or maybe it burnt out?

Sounds very similar to what you have described seeing yourself, what do you think? Regards.

Glowing Orange Balls Of Light Over Chapel End Nuneaton UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I went outside my house at approximately 22:00. It was a clear night and the stars were bright. I noticed two large glowing objects in the distance, one following the other. They were moving slowly across the sky at similar speeds towards Galley Common. I observed them for a while to try and understand what they were, they made no noise, unlike the air traffic we usually get and were like glowing orange balls of light.

I went inside to get my camera but when I cam back (less than 1 minute later) they had completely disappeared. I moved around towards the front of my house to try and find them again but they'd gone.

Orange Balls Of Light Over Chapel End Nuneaton UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was driving home down the hill in Salisbury drive at Chapel End when I looked up over the field which is called Nuneaton Common, it is situated between the rear of Lincoln Avenue and Skey Drive. There were four glowing orange objects moving in a straight line, equally spaced apart and travelling at the same speed across the field towards the housing estate on Skey Drive. As I arrived at home and got out of the car, the formation had changed and they were moving towards each other. I ran into home and grabbed my binoculars to get a closer look at them and went upstairs to look out of the front of the house and they had gone, all I could see was one orange light which was really high up and that slowly disappeared.

I must just say that I and my wife have seen the same objects before. It was on New years Eve/New Years day and there were 4 of them again. I went upstairs to watch the fireworks going off over Nuneaton at 10:00 past Midnight and noticed one orange ball of light. It came closer to my house and then I noticed another one a bit further away. I called my wife and she went to look out the back of the house and she said there was one there too. We saw another one so we could see four all at once, we watched them for about 30 minutes. The one closest to my house was moving slowly across Nuneaton Common following the same path as the ones I saw last night (23/01/10) it did this four times, going towards the houses on Skey drive and then back towards my house.

It travelled quite slowly at the same speed. When it was closest to me I looked at it through binoculars, it was glowing orange with a yellowish/gold brighter light at the bottom in the middle, which seemed to get brighter when the object moved faster. The upper part of it was not round it was shaped more like a parachute, the ones that sky divers use, the arched wing type with the sides coming in at an angle towards the bottom of the object. The closest object to me moved away and seemed to pair up with another, the one at the back of the house moved off towards Galley Common and the other one on its own was a lot further away over Nuneaton. They all moved away and we lost sight of them after about half an hour at 00-45 on New Years day. I can say that there was no sound at all and I couldn't really make out a solid shape, just the glowing shape I have described, but they were definitely not helicopters or planes or balloons or lanterns or anything else I have seen before. I shall keep watching now I have seen them for a second time in the same place and try to get film of them, if I do see them again.

25 Orange Lights/Objects Over Attleborough Nuneaton UK (New Year)

Time: 12:05 a.m.

Hi, my name is (name removed) and I live in Gadsby street Attleborough Nuneaton. It's the 1st of January 2010 and since 12.05am I have spotted a total of at least 25 orange like orbs travelling at varying speeds in the sky. In total there are 8 of us that have witnessed the same orbs, and when I contacted my mother in Coventry to wish her a Happy New Year, she said herself and my stepfather have seen 3 move above their house also. I would describe them as orange but flickering, with no sounds to made at all. there is no flashing lights as you would expect on an aeroplane or helicopter and as there is no sound also this made me think UFO.

There have been other sightings within the Nuneaton area since February of this year this year, but this is the first I have noticed. I also asked some people that were standing in the street, and they confirmed they could see them also. Activity of the orbs has stopped as of 12.57am, they are no longer to be seen. I would appreciate hearing back from you on this matter, to see if you have any other confirmed sightings in the area at the same time.

Gun Hill Arley Nuneaton UK Unknown Object

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Sat in friends house chatting, she said look out there, a shooting star. We all went outside to watch, but this was not an aeroplane, helicopter as we see lots day and night. The object flew from 60 degrees, to 5 degrees SSE. The size was approx: a thumbnail width at arms length. The colour orange to yellow flickering no tail (meteor) I've seen those. No air sound, jet, rotor slap. Regards.

Nuneaton, Warwickshire UK UFO Triangular In Shape

Shape of objects: Triangular.
Weather Conditions: A few clouds covering parts of the sky.

Description: Bright light spotted hovering in air for a good 30 mins or so at 7pm ish. At first we could just see 1 light but when zoomed in it gave off different colours.

After trying to focus the lens I noticed it looked triangular shape. It was moving very slowly put staying in the same area. We filmed it with 2 camera phones 3.2m/p and 5m/p the better camera produced a pulsing effect. Were also viewing it with a night vision scope and binoculars. We seen what looked like helicopters flying around now and then nearby as the distinctive lights gave us the impression that's what they were. We noticed it was getting lower but this was very, very slow. The craft was near the location of the quarry next to farmers field which I know off the back of my hand. We popped next door for a short time, came back about 9.45 and it had gone.
