Huge Black UFO With Light On The Bottom Seen At Whitchurch Tavistock Devon UK

Hi, I just seen a UFO going over my house, it was flying low with no sound. It only had one light, like a star with a big black object about it.  It was travelling at a slow speed. I have never seen anything like it in my life.  It was very beautiful star light under neither the big black object.

This happened at 00:20 14th June 2011 flying over Whitchurch, Tavistock,  Devon.

I don’t believe in UFOs but this was weird, never seen anything like its.

One Very Bright Orange Light Over Whitchurch UK

Hi there, this is in response to a letter on your site regarding strange orange lights above Knowel Bristol. We live in Whitchurch, just next to Knowle and at about 10:30 last night we saw one very bright orange light fly through the sky.

My partner being the skeptic that he is, is convinced that it was a lantern, of which is the most realistic explanation, but somehow I have to admit I had an eliment of doubt, which led me to looking online for other sightings for around the same time. What's your take on all of this? Were they lanterns or is there something a little more to it? All the best.

Whitchurch, Bristol, England Bright Orange Orb

Shape of objects: Orb shaped.
Weather Conditions: Dry, few scattered clouds.

Description: I had let my dog out into the back garden when I saw a bright orange orb-like shape travelling north eastwards. I thought it was a plane that was banking around to approach Bristol Airport. But on watching, noticed that it was silent and had no flashing lights. I ran upstairs to get a better view out of the window and it was still travelling in the same direction (away from Airport). It then just seemed to disappear. It was travelling quite fast and was fairly low
(like a plane on approach). Not sure if it was a lantern balloon?. It definitely was not drifting and stayed on a straight course. I waited to see if any more flew across to actually see if it was balloons, but saw no more.

Whitchurch, Bristol, England A Silver Colored Orb

Shape of objects: Round, Orb like.
Weather Conditions: Fine, no clouds, slight breeze.

Description: Happened to notice the object whilst out in our garden. It was in a easterly direction. I observed it through binoculars and it looked like a silver orb. It was reflecting the sunlight. It was quite high in the sky ( A plane did pass underneath it). Another witness suggested that it was a balloon, but would it stay stationary for so long? It was difficult to keep sight of it as it was so high. After about 15 minutes I could no longer see it as it seemed to be getting farther away. There was no sound and no visible con trail. Just interested to see if anyone else saw it in the area.

Whitchurch, Bristol U.K. A Black Orb Disc Like Shaped UFO

Shape of objects: Black Orb, disc like shape.
Weather Conditions: Sunny, clear, a few clouds.

Description: I saw a black disc shaped stationary object very high in the sky. I would say it was at least 30,000 ft. It was nearly overhead but in a south easterly direction from my viewpoint. I only managed to see it when the sun was obscured behind a cloud and the black disc was then visible. It stayed where it was as if hovering. The sun was reflecting off of it and was very sparkly. Once the sun emerged again it was just too bright to see even with sunglasses. I
tried to locate it again but was unsuccessful. I would be interested if anyone else in the area saw it too.
