Bright Orange Object Seen Flying Over Coochiemudlo Island Brisbane Queensland Australia

I was fishing on Coochiemudlo Island at 11.30 p.m. on the 02nd of January, 2013. Looking south, just above the horizon, there was a light moving at super high speed on north.

I mean it was moving fast. The light was orange and seemed to stay at the same height.

Do you know what this is? I have fished at night for many years, and never have I seen anything like this. I am very curious as to what it may be. It cannot be a meteorite as it did not fall down, but raced across the horizon, staying at the same height.

Could it be something to do with gas? The colour was bright orange. Any ideas?

Full Description of Event/Sighting: A relatively large orange fire like, cone shaped object flying across night sky without any noise from east to west in a straight direction and constant speed.

Three Orange Objects Over Camiguin Island Southern Part Of The Philippines

We were observing the holy week at that time in Camiguin Island (1st week of April 2009). Camiguin is a small island located at the Southern Part of the Philippines. We were having family discussion on the balcony of our little cottage, when we noticed two orange globes moved horizontally across the sky from right o left at about 100 to 150 feet above the ground.

They appeared flaming and there was no sound. It lasted about ten minutes and then faded out. Then I saw another one move overhead from north to south at a higher altitude and a little faster. It too disappeared instantly.

UFO Was A Perfect Isosceles Triangle Seen Over Margarita Island Venezuela

I had a similar experience last year, but not in England. I saw it in Margarita Island, Venezuela. There it is a description of the UFO I saw.

It was October 2009 about 10:30 in the night, we were two people and we were looking at the sky over the sea. We had a visibility of 180 grades, with the direction towards the south in front of us, therefore the west was in our right and of course the east to the left. The night was clear and we were looking west where the international airport of Margarita Island is. We were looking, just above the horizon the lights of the airplanes. It was at that instant when I saw three lights coming from the west, from the same place the airplanes were flying. The lights were moving with an incredible speed towards us. I only had time to cry. What the hell is that?

When the lights already were flying over our position. At first I thought that there were three separated war planes, but when the object was on us, I could see the figure of the object like that of a perfect isosceles triangle. It had three white lights in the vertices, the colour of the UFO was very dark (could be black). It was huge, could be the size of half football's camp. It made no sound at all. The UFO disappeared flying in the direction north-east. I think that the phenomenon only lasted of 3 to 5 second, time in which it flew over the horizon completely, with an altitude between nine hundred to thousand five hundred meters.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We saw the orange light in the sky there is no way these are lantern we have really windy weather these things should have not even cross the Indian ocean if they were lantern.why hasn't NASA say anything yet.

Bright Orange Orb Over The Canvey Island UK

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Hi would just like to let you know that my girlfriend and myself saw a strange object in the sky when we both went to get in our car. I looked into the sky in a northwards direction and noticed a bright orange orb of light. At first I thought it might be a firework parachute rocket but they glow pink. The object did not appear to be moving fast as it was travelling towards and over us. We both watched the object travel from north to south. At first I thought it was a spectacular view of the International Space station because it made a pass over us very similar to it.

The object appeared to get higher very quickly from when we first saw it, and I would estimate that the whole duration lasted 2 minutes and the object was miles high when it passed over us both and was travelling the same speed as the International Space station. The bright burning orange glow seemed to slowly fade as we watched it disappear into the distance. When objects appear from north to south the sun can magnify them till they are out of the horizon.

Have been looking for an answer to this mystery cannot yet conclude.

However have so far:

Checked Starry Night For asteroid and Comet Passes for that time. - (None) at that location and time.
Checked International Space Station orbits. - (None) at that location and time. Light is white not orange.

Chinese Lanterns to check. - ( ) Could not travel that high or fast !
Iridium Flares to check. - ( ) Under taking further research.

As an amateur astronomer I have never seen anything as unique as this in the night sky. In general I would say that there is an perfect explanation for everything, However
as yet its explanation has not been concluded. Regards.

Aotea Harbour, North Island, New Zealand An Erratic Moving Object

Shape of objects: Distant light, erratic movement, sideways and forward movement.
Weather Conditions: Fine crisp clear dark morning.

Description: Myself and three mates were all out snapper fishing early to beat the light rise, we couldn't help looking at the stars and trying to find satellites for it was a beautiful clear sky.

At first, my mate Ross said "look, look" there's a UFO!

I snapped and said it will be a 747 or something similar, but he kept on saying it was and that I should take a good look at it, I just kept on fishing while he was raving on and on saying it was.

So I put my line down and started staring at it and he was right, it had an unusual way of moving from side to side, darting and stopping to and from all the way across the morning sky until it reached the morning light and just stayed stationary for a few minutes when all of a sudden it started to glow brighter and brighter like magnesium does.

After about a minute of getting brighter and brighter it suddenly shot upwards very fast and started to fade away and almost disappear.

This object was travelling SW to NE at a height that would suggest it was as high as a satellite (possibly in space or in our stratosphere).

I am now a firm believer in UFO sightings and thought to myself that it would be selfish if I didn't share my sightings with other people.

Description: Bronson and Chad. We were walking over Chevron Island, which is located in goldcoast q.l.d Australia. We suddenly saw a fireball oval shape moving smoothly and rapidly but slow enough to have a very good look at. One travelled north until out of sight, straight after another followed and disappeared above us. It was the most amazing thing we have ever seen and it has changed our lives forever. Kawau Island, New Zealand UFO Looked Like A Jelly Fish

Weather Conditions: Low cloud cover (approx 1500ft)

Description: UFO was spotted heading from west to east parallel to Bon Accord harbour below the cloud. It had a bright orange light in the centre with an orange glow around it. My husband said it looked a bit like a jelly fish. It was moving at a reasonable pace but then slowed right down almost coming to a stop. It then sped up again and disappeared to the east. Weird thing was that despite the cloud cover it did not seem to disappear thru the cloud but merely faded as if by distance in a very short time. Last thing seen was a small bright light that could have been a star.
