Signal-de Bougy, Mont-de-Rolle, Switzerland 20 To 30 White Objects

Posted: November 6, 2008

Date: October 5, 2008
Time: 1:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 20-30
Shape of objects: Round.
Weather Conditions: No clouds, sunny, open skies.

Description: While walking in the park called Signal-de-Bougy with my two daughters, me and my older daughter (who is 14) spotted a shape of an x caused by airplanes flying. We both looked up in the sky and my daughter pointed at something. There were 20 or 30 white objects, on the middle of the right side of the x shape, very far up in the sky. They were all in a cluster, moving independently but gradually all moving from the west to the east. They were all bunched up in the form of a circle, moving in between each other but never separating completely. They were very hard to see but also very bright since we could see them in daytime. We could see them for about 5 minutes, after which we couldn't spot them anymore. I took a picture of the x shape but the objects being very far away, they cannot be located.

Wettingen, AG, Switzerland Round Orange Lights (Photo)

Posted: October 5, 2008

Date: September 14, 2008

Date: 14th of September 2008
Time: Approx: 0:30

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: Approx. 20
Shape of objects: Single round lights (orange colored) - some seemed to move together.
Weather Conditions: Rainy; the whole sky was clouded.

Description: Driving home with my car I noticed that above the nearby hill 'Kreuzliberg' in Baden there were approx. 20 lights that were arranged in a circular form. The form, however, wasn't fixed; the lights seemed to move individually. Except for a three lights that my wife and I saw from our balcony, when I showed them to her, after I arrived at home about one minute later. These three lights moved around like they were somehow connected and slowly disappeared behind the hill. All lights seemed to constantly shake slightly.

The lights looked exactly like in the photo from Lausanne from the 24th of August 2007.

They moved towards the west and the witnesses faced to the west.

I have a really bad photo of the lights, that I took with my mobile phone. Until I got my DSLR-cam the lights were gone. If you would like to see it anyway, send me a mail.

UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply:

Hi John

I can't completely rule out the possibility of the balloons, but I don't think the lights that me and my wife saw were such balloons. Since it was raining all day (at the particular moment that I saw the lights the rain had turned to mist) balloons don't seem likely and judging from the distance I think the balloons would have looked smaller than the lights that I saw.

I've attached the photo that I took with my iPhone. I circled the lights, so that they can be found on there. Because of the bad image quality of the integrated camera the lights could be anything - insects, lens-flares, you name it. By the time I had grabbed my DSLR camera the lights were gone, but they looked like the ones on the photo from the Report from Lausanne, Switzerland from the 24th of August 2007.

Best regards,

Münsingen, Nearby Berne, Switzerland Two Orange Lights Rising Over Horizon

Posted: June 11, 2008

Date: June 1, 2008
Time: 00:25

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 2
Shape of objects: Orange lights, round, star-like.
Weather Conditions: Clear sky.

Description: Two orange lights rising over the horizon at a certain distance. First light about 40 deg above the horizon, second lower (further behind?). Both rose slowly and got closer (estimated fly direction N-NW coming from direction Jüngfrau-Joch) for about 1 min. then the first object accelerated in direction E to achieve an incredible speed, dimming and disappearing. The second object did the same about half a min. later. The direction was the same. Objects were accelerating and rising like to get orbital speed.

Please note - random (or not) circumstances: at exactly the same time space shuttle lift-off took place.

From flight pattern (formation flight, two ships) and circumstances I'd bet on a military "black" platform started around the Mediterranean sea.

TV/Radio: None.

Berne, Switzerland Orange Light

Posted: April 23, 2008

Date: April 19, 2008
Time: 9:20 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Star-like, orange light.

Full Description of event/sighting: About 30 to 40 degrees above horizon. The object first seemed to fly in the viewers direction. (The light's getting brighter.) After about a minute the pretty strong light faded away, object disappeared. Sky was clear, no clouds, near to or full moon. The length of the observation about 1 to 1 1/2 minute. I expected a copter/airplane because we have some copter traffic due to a hospital nearby and the object stood still for about 20 seconds. (the brightness of the light source doesn't changed any more). But the copter/airplanes have blinking lights an much more to white. This orange light was constant. No blinks.

It probably was a manned balloon, but I'm unsure if they would get a permission here for a nightfly. Maybe a late landing procedure? But it still remains a question why using the burner that high off the ground for more than a minute and then take no further action. That make no sense to me but is the only rational explanation.

Thank you to the witness for the report.
