Shape of objects: Like a small barrage balloon - rather vague.
Weather Conditions: Clear.
Description: I was driving along late on the A40 and noticed bright lights on the ground in the field, but shaped like a vast star - I thought at first there was a music festival somewhere around but there was no noise, or people, and then notice directly ahead of me a large roundish oval barrage balloon - bright - move across the line of trees and then disappear. I thought - goodness what was that - and then realized I must have seen a UFO
