Large Orange Light Radiating Upwards From The Fields Over Horsforth Leeds UK

There was a a very large orange light radiating upwards from fields west of the M1 at approximately 4-30 today (6/1/13)

Above The Willows Estate Grimsby, U.K. UFO Shoots Upwards

Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Indistinct due to dark.
Weather Conditions: Clear sky.

Description: No sound, looked like a star which got brighter as it came closer, then very slowly moved over the houses for a while. Very strange lights but eerily silent. After quite a while it shot up into the sky at a startlingly fast speed but still silent.

TV/Radio: No reports in the paper the next day even when I contacted the local Telegraph.
