Shape of objects: Rugby ball shaped.
Weather Conditions: Clear.
Description: Walking through Mapperley park between Mansfield Road and Woodborough Road, looked up through the trees and saw a reddish/orangey/yellowy ball in the sky, moving slowly and silently, difficult to judge distance but around a similar height of a police chopper I would guess (we see a lot of them in the sky around Nottingham!!)The light was pulsing from the centre out to the edges which lacked a defined shape - best way to describe it would be pixilated I suppose. Watched it for a good minute then lost it behind trees - was heading roughly for the city centre.

Mapperley Park, Nottingham A Red Orange Yellow Pulsing Rugby Ball Shape UFO

Location of Sighting: Mapperley Park, Nottingham.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Round from distance, more defined closer up.
Full Description of event/sighting: Walking up Richmond Drive towards Woodborough road, at approx 12.40am, looked up through the trees and saw a red/orange/yellow pulsing rugby ball shape in the sky moving slowly and silently - hard to judge distances as it was dark, passed virtually overhead. Watched it for approx: 30 seconds as it went slowly overhead then moved behind trees and obscured from view. Weird.
